Yep the commentary was bad, loads of scope for improvement ha Of course the Aussies looked out for each other, it's what they do and they deserved the win :-) Would have liked to have seen NKI allowed off the white line by Nicki in the final, feel that he could have got Holder, don't expect Nicki to give anyone an inch though grrr Was so pleased to see Holder give Nicki some of the same treatment he dishes out, even though it led to exclusion, Nicki is such a beeeeeep ....

I'm watching on a very small screen, I guess the rider in front doesn't know Nicki is blasting through, no eyes in the back of his head? Nicki risked bombing through there and it didn't turn out good :-(

Not surprised that Nicki is getting lots of flack, looks as though he clips the rider who was ahead on his way through!

Speedway has changed, we have to change with it? In our youth we had more enthusiasm for speedway, probably for everything! Promoters of years gone by didn't do the right thing to put our sport on a firmer footing, they took the money and ran!!!! Since the crowd numbers have dwindled promoters have struggled, who'd be a speedway promoter? I'm lucky that I still love speedway racing and still have my team to support, I'm sorry if that enjoyment isn't now there for you!

Surely the BSPA will have the averages in hand, they aren't stupid!?

No way could you play extreme music like drum and base at speedway, you can only enjoy that if you're either drugged up or drunk But no way could you play slow ballads either! 100% a good mic man is imperative and some clubs ought to weedle out some new ones who are clever,individual speedway fans who would do wonders for their clubs imo

I like banter about the riders so your presenter MUST have good knowledge of the sport so they can come out with a quip or two! I Want to hear what riders have to say so an interview or two is good! I like feedback at the end of the meeting so a word or two with the riders on the parade truck is good as long as they don't have their backs turned to the fans on the way round!! Haha just read this posting, bumptious or what!

I enjoy the races between NKI and Pedersen :-) Seems pretty big rivalry between those two with Niels currently in the ascendency :-D ✴

Management did miss a trick given we had World 1, 2 and 3 there, they deserved a little more recognition than they got, Matt didn't even announce Tai as World Champ oops! Re the make up of heat 5, how about putting away 4 in heat 4 and away 2 in 5?

I didn't particularly care who won the meeting overall last night, apart from being a little worried about what the Polish fans might do if they lost!!!! As I have always thought, the Poles exuberance is on the whole alcohol fuelled, pints of it (slight exaggeration maybe) ended up on the ground lol But wow don't they love their club, fair dues! And great to see particularly Mikkel Bech and Pepe encouraging their support :-D So it was all about the racing and of course there were a few gooduns :-) Roll on March, off to buy a drum and practice finger wiggling and my KINGS LYNN STARS chant!

I'm with TWK, I liked the days when riders were able to wear individual kevlars, it 100% helped with identity! Many riders are recognisable by their style but certainly some are not. I can totally understand why they brought in team kevlars but there are negatives with them as far as the fans go!

Mads must have been well pleased with the meeting, it was a pleasure to support him. Disappointed there wasn't any merchandise tbh but that's a minor thing! So glad all riders came away without hitting the deck :-) Wish Mads all the best for his Leicester stint, can tell now that the Leicester fans will love his never say die style :-)

I think it only takes a noisy fan or two on each bend/straight to get the other quiet/embarrassed/too cool to shout (lol) fans to let themselves go! Having said that if our riders race a great race everyone gives them a cheer and so they should eh! So what we need is the riders/club/fans to work together in solidarity to make the nights special/to make our club as one!!! Well, that's what I think :-)

It's funny how years ago a fan would expect good, grippy tracks at the start and end of the season because of the temperatures and water content!

Yep it's gotta be cheaper than £25 now it's on tele and rebranded as just an individual meeting with no affiliation to our clubs!
