Cliché I know but that ride from Robert in heat 14 was worth the entrance fee alone, along with Niels pass in heat 5 and Rory's in 6. I would absolutely hate to see the day that betting becomes massive in speedway, not so sure it would though given it's so open to corruption.

Excuse me old pessimist, weather will be fine today! I'm as disappointed as the next person that Brum aren't at full strength but King is in good form, Barker will give 100% as will Covatti and the rest of them, it won't be a whitewash, get up that bloody road and support the Stars :-p Anything can happen in speedway, in fact usually if people stay away cos they think the oppo isn't up to much there's some decent racing so miss it and miss out :-)

No they don't, they know what great entertainment and great racing can take place on the right track by the best riders in the world ..... and that weren't it last night!!

Every year racing from Prague is ftg, why the hell can't they do something about it? The fans want racers tracks not gate and go! Do the authorities give a damn about the sport? Yes of course it's great to see your fav rider do well but as for entertainment it's poor!

The loss of all the Saturdays has hit the fans 100% but while they all wax lyrical over the gps it'll stay the way :-(

Neither did I, disappointing!

Buster bit the bullet years ago and give up the precious Saturdays, they just don't work. Even more so now the gp series has soooo many!!!!

And buy the Speedway Star, will tell you what teams and riders are doing what, they have a website.

Get it sorted Matt, time to get your hands dirty and give your boys a good race track! Nobody better than Darcy on a great track!

A really thoughtful piece was read out at Poole tonight about Simmo and everyone at the track gave Simmo a minute of sincere applause, really nicely done and well deserved for a great rider now departed this life.
