As far as drugs are concerned I will agree with Middlo that they seem the norm for many young people. It's sad to say but drugs are too easily available and too easily accepted by young people. Including fags and booze ....... b4 anyone says anything! Arise Saint Theresa

BUT British Speedway is based on teams and this is what has kept it going over the years and I hope it carries on for many years yet. It's so important for the promoters to promote the team aspect and the riders to realise that for the fans their team is most important!!!!!!!! Promoters and riders probably don't have the same feeling for "their team" as the fans but the sooner they get it into their heads the better, what it means to support your local speedway team!! I think more could be done to encourage team riding, certainly taking away the bonus points for the riders doesn't help one bit, maybe the promoters could think of something themselves to encourage it, a bonus perhaps. Obviously team riding isn't easy and sometimes jeopardises riders' positions in races but it's what the fans want to see and if you look at the big picture, keeping the fans happy is a massive part of the sport. Makes you wonder what would happen if all the riders were on the same points money .................. with team riding and team winning bonuses up for grabs ..........

Certainly thought should be put into what is played on the night but the music is very much secondary to the speedway, the speedway banter and interviews.

Nah, just enjoy his racing ...........

This isn't the riders decision but the FIM, it's ridiculous, speedway doesn't need anything that makes it even more expensive to race, the FIM are out of touch surely?

Oh for christ sake leave Tai alone, he's racing as a brit because that is what he is first and foremost, british parents, grandparents and all that, of course he loves Aus, he was brought up there!!

And they should happen in the same year as a shorter, more exciting GP series ............... less is more as far as the GPs are concerned, do away with the same riders every two weeks for 24 or however many weeks it is ............ the riders need to concentrate on their league racing, where they have always earned their crust and where they can rely on getting a job once their GP dream goes out of the window, instead of having to plan for all these intense, money draining, individual meetings ..........

Hopefully Magic can make up the points next Saturday ................. was a pleasure watching him round Lynn this year, very stylish

It looked to me as if Jack Holder came out of the pits whilst Nicki was "talking" to Chris and by the look of his face he was perhaps asking Nicki to leave his brother alone type thing, that's when Nicki pushed him which incensed Chris and then others got involved. So you have to say had Nicki simply walked past Chris on his way back to the pits none of the pushing and shoving would of happened but true to his style Nicki had a little go ............... the rest is history, Chris Holder World Champion

Are you serious!?? Holder doesn't drag the camera towards him, the camera man constantly focuses on him!!! I'm hoping Holder becomes World Speedway Champion 2012 NOT flipping Pedersen!

But at the end of the day BSI are the ones making the money out of the competitions, not the leagues, not the riders. OK so I guess Buster has made money from hiring the Norfolk Arena to them which is great but that's about it. Or are you telling me that TeamGB get loadsamoney for putting a team together to compete in the WTC?
