Have always enjoyed supporting Darren being a local bloke, has had some real hard luck in his career, but all the best for the future!

Surely he is just Chairman of the Committee, it up to them all to come up with the ideas, sounds like my Parish Council. I've always thought that they should risk assess every decision, the trouble is the clever ones amongst them probably stay schtum. Take this transfer/signing deadline and Lynn losing their number one, there is no way that we should be denied the signing of another rider IMO, how stupid is that. Same goes for Poole and the situation they're in. I'm guessing it's been done so no team can change their team for the playoffs but I feel it should have conditions! If they had taken possible scenarios into account then things might be different. At the end of the day it's penalising the fans. Same as not allowing guests of equal quality when a team member is racing for his home country team, again the public are denied! Same as the ftr list, put every young rider on it, to stop the farce that happened at Coventry on Thursday night?

Like Rob's fighting talk in the EDP today, we can't possibly have as much bad luck at Eastie as we did at Coventry! Good luck to the team, would be great to eek a win! Should be there to support the Stars but couldn't put myself through the sheer frustration of BDs track prep! lol

Perhaps Johnson had other plans, can't always do stuff at a few hours notice!

I totally agree that the main thing is that Darcy learns from this, at the end of the day that's what we all want from him cos, well, I want to see him race, team ride, wheelie!!! Michael Lee chucked his career away, I don't want to see Darcy do the same, it's not fair on the fans :-)

I think this years' ftrs need to be kept on at reserve and I'd like to see a few more of the guys who missed out/were left out this season added to the list so everyone has a strong reserve. Would also like to see the A graders to have one more harder race too. 2016 would be the time to put them into the team proper?

Do clubs honestly "have" to stick to that? Bonuses? :-)

Fixture planning in this country is a bloody nightmare, 100% if we only had 2 race nights things would be easier.I agree that stronger governance would help, take last night, why didn't the management committee ring Rob and tell him officially about Luke Priest's inclusion? The Coventry management also said they had rang all ftr's but apparently they had not!!!

Yeah if someone could come in with millions and give all promotions who don't own their track enough dosh to build a new stadium apiece for speedway only akin to Poland, Sweden and Denmark. If this person would then bankrole all the clubs every season like in Poland, Sweden and Denmark and get some adverts going on the BBC, ITV and sky we'd be getting somewhere!

Well done to the Bees, riders and fans up for it big time which was good to witness, helped by a pretty good, on the ball presenter! It's equally gutting to see the Stars and reps form, along with lady luck, continuing to desert us :-(

Surely it's more being able to pay all the expenses of the meeting to heat 10 and saving the headache of having to schedule the meeting into the fixture list again and their rider's already hyper busy lives?

I think it is crazy that neither the Stars or Pirates can sign short term replacements, what the hell were the promoters thinking when making such a daft rule? Why should clubs be penalised through no fault of their own apart from signing these riders in the first place, it's not fair on the fans or the rest of the team who have worked hard to get where they have in the league!

Well there is no doubt that Ken is THE one to have upped his form just lately so hopefully he can carry on leading by example We all know what Rory and Niklas can do so hopefully they can also find their best form, hopefully on Thursday!! Lewis seems to now be fit again and back to his sparkling form of most of the campaign and Rob just needs to keep pushing on and doing his best Simon will do his best for us I'm sure in front of his many Kings Lynn friends and supporters.

Perhaps it's more about how our promoters promote in the league they can afford/want to?
