Yes but many don't bring them to evening meetings! Not many riders race for their local club either so friends probably don't attend. How many cars race in a banger or stock car meeting?

Sit here listening to Norwich football coverage on my radio and thinking it's odd isn't it, footballers just have to basically win to keep their fans happy but that isn't enough for speedway fans. Actually there is a really good excuse for the 10 min interval on a cold night and that is to allow the track staff to go to the loo and have a hot drink after standing out in the cold for over an hour! 😯

It's a basic requirement and should be a standard for BEL! No excuses that tracks rely on volunteers, it is NOT their fault one jot, at the end of the day the promoter is responsible.
