  1. THE most important part of the stadium. And there was me thinking it would be good for Saturday 😣
  2. Me of course 😊 Nah, we would have to get a Committee together I guess, perhaps from different supporters clubs around the country and come up with a vision for the 100th anniversary celebrations.
  3. I like Natalie the best out of all of them .... she keeps it professional and above all is a speedway fan 😊
  4. That goes without saying but to me 90 years is significant, we may not be here in 10 years! I'd love to say, let's start a supporters' fund up for our 100th Anniversary celebrations, not sure if it would be a goer or not?
  5. It isn't? I'll be pleased to reach 90
  6. But the meeting was over by 2130 so there couldn't have been too much messing about?
  7. Of course you can, particularly on here ..... you're taking my words very seriously!
  8. What do you expect then, what wouldn't make your contempories cringe? Again when I went to Poland for a league meeting in 2015 there was nothing but heat results and music, no rider interviews or anything, it was the fans who simply amused themselves by chanting, shouting and flag waving, led by guys on mics in the crowd ..... bit like british football I guess ...
  9. one never knows what goes on behind the speedway scenes
  10. You could say who can blame them after the non-investment/cashing in by selling stadiums in the past?
  11. How is British Speedway going to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the first speedway meeting at High Beech? What would the fans like?
  12. So it hasn't changed at all then, all this moaning for nothing. I had someone tell me that on the radio they quoted tapes up at 1930!
  13. Back then there were loads more turnstiles .... they certainly need to have all box office windows open to get people through quicker if they are gonna be strict with start time ...
  14. Chris has more of the stars material on the front of his suit, is that how they should all have been?
  15. Illness, nobody gets ill in the speedway season Holidays, during the season, no way lol
  16. I'd like the BSPA to get their heads together and give those season ticket holders who attend away meetings money off entrance to away meetings on production of their season ticket and photographic evidence of who they are
  17. Don't forgot Rob n Dale only took over in November, they've had a lot on their plates. I would expect the timescales to change for the 2018 season ... How many buttons makes £221 😊 Well come on people, none of us realise just how much goes on behind the scenes. It's not like every club has a bottomless pit of money like football clubs to employ this one, that one and the other one to do the 101 jobs that need doing.2017 is another new era for King's Lynn, let's be positive and give the management a break 😊
  18. Given fans maximum time to save up, thoughtful or what
  19. Or too tight to buy so flick through 😁
  20. Never used to be, was always know as a good old deep track ....
  21. All I know is what I've been told, that grading smooths the track of ripples (berms) whatever you like to call them that are created during a race. Obviously the gripper and deeper a track the more you get these. So grading smooths these which can potentially be a danger, it obviously helps stop all the material from ending up at the fence which is another danger if riders get in it, particularly these days. Huggy used to grade after every heat when the track was deep and his tracks were legendary.
