They were special times with many of the team living locally, Kings Lynn being their main/only club, away riders hating our track, great team spirit which winning helps to charge up ...... but then it all went pear shaped ...

Did none of you enjoy our PL days, funny old lot. I'm concerned about the quality of the racing and have come to the conclusion that lay down engines need to be abolished with up rights coming back again but meanwhile make the track slick so the riders aren't bombing round the end of the dirt line .... any other suggestions?

They should be able to race for who they want, not be restricted ....

In the times you were talking about I was a child so didn't know the feeling you had back then. In those days though I do know there was so much more money in British Speedway, I guess the promoters were full time promoters so of course could give their club more time and energy. A bit like Polish speedway now I guess. Also in those days you were obviously close to the promoter, so it was totally different to what you see and know from behind the scenes now. You really ought to speak to the management about your concerns .....

Matt was dealing with his underperforming number one, by telling him his days are numbered for Poole. I can't believe that Holder won't sort his form out .... maybe, maybe not, we can capitalise on his poor form ....

Surely it's Robert's choice? Obviously he wants to get into first division Polish speedway but it's ruthless and you MUST perform or you are out on your arse. He's getting the experience over there, getting contacts, making it work, he's 19 and has 15/20 years ahead of him ....

There's no scope for replacements for non-performing heatleaders etc though. It's unfair on riders who would like to race here, it's bribery, it's no good bringing up the past, it is the past, different promoters, different times, now is what matters ....

Are they being entertained at Somerset though, for years Lynn won nothing but had great racing to enjoy and lots of last heat deciders etc, that was good enough for the Lynn faithful then... I bet the Wolves fans aren't particularly being entertained by their huge wins apart from winning....

Christ, don't u enjoy watching Lambert, he's fantastic and a Norfolk boy too! Always does at least one great pass a meeting 😊 For those who win the 50/50 draw, watch a race from the centre and choose their Rider of the Night it does. I crazed them so much with ideas that they shut me up by asking me to do it haha. It's been good on the whole, one or two things haven't happened which we hoped but we have something to build on 😊

So the meeting is advertised in the top right hand corner of the website, that's enough for a casual I guess.. The meeting reviews are always posted the day before.... I'm looking forward to the meeting, fingers crossed no problems in Sweden tomorrow!!

Or they may have checked the fixture list on the official website to see if a meeting is on? Or the BSPA website, looked in a 2017 prog, asked their Stars fan neighbour if there's a mtg, asked on facebook/twitter .... loads of ways to get the info you want 😀
