He'd be frightened to put it on Track! To be fair I do know the quarry where the shale was coming from was under water at start of season so couldn't get if out of ground.

Looking at the track surface I would say the last lot of shale was very poor quality. It looks and feels like dust.

That is my point, all was OK when the teams were declared but why at 2.20 on match day was it deemed not correct. If it was incorrect for Brady to guest should have been picked up straight away.

With the threat of showers it was decided not to overwater before the meeting. Talking to Ez he says they are in need of new shale so don't think any extra was put on the track, what is on there is dead and really just dust the same problem at Poole surprisingly.
