  7. Remember Hampel was on the inside of Janusz in the GP fighting for a semifinal place. No way Polish management would allow Janusz to beat Hampel in that heat.
  8. Not sure what you mean here; do you want a prediction for 2006 or the results from 2005. If you mean the latter; AFAIK results from 2005: 1. Robert Barth 2. Gerd Riss 3. Paul Hurry
  9. The Czestochowa-Rzeszow match is on Polsat Sport this coming Sunday, don`t know what time though. I`ll be watching it live outside of Poland. Polsat Sport and Polsat is coded in Nagravision and you will need a smartcard/digibox to view it. You could also decode the channels with some other equipment..........:-) PM me for info.
  10. I just need to comment on this, as it is utter crap. Rune, as most of the top riders runs his own company. He uses the same bank-account for all his money transfers, from the Swedish League, open meetings, Polish League, sponsors etc. Now do anyone believe that there was anything wrong with this account, as long as it was ONLY the money from Czestochowa that supposedly bounced??? Czestochowa management is so full of crap, and the club will have a poor future if they don`t change them.
  11. What about Joni Keskinen? Or is he not the same talent he was before his horrific injuries a couple fo years back?
  12. There is one important point about Sweden that is worth mentioning; the riders went out and TRIED the track, only to find it completely unraceable. Schlein, Watt; Lyons and Dooland (and a few others) wouldn`t even let Leigh Adams and Todd Wiltshire have a try to see if the track was raceable. BUT, the referee had the final call..........but no-one is talking about him. And where were MA? They have the power to withdram licenses if riders refuse to ride.....
  13. HAHAHA! That is a good one :-) Polish clubs NEVER produce the correct spectators number. Many a club has been under investigation on that issue.
  14. Spoke to Rune yesterday, and the sole reason for him to "come out" the way he did on the press conference was that the management of Czestochowa went public with a statement that "Rune wants silly money" to re-sign for Czestochowa. At this point death treaths from the fans started to pop up in his Guestbook. Rune felt that this was utterly wrong as he hadn`t asked for MUCH more money in Czestochowa, he just demanded two things; no Sebastian Ulamek, and "pay me the money you owe me for 2005". Rune did NOT want the fans to think that dispute over money was the reason he left Czestochowa. The reason for not wanting Ulamek in the same team has already been answered in this thread. About the death treaths; this is something solely from his guest book which a local journalist has picked up. AFAIK Rune has not recieved any threats from fans, and AFTER the press-conference he has gotten a lot of praise from the local fans, whom will always have a special part in Runes heart. Runes good relationship with the fans was one of the reasons he wanted to stay, but when the management went BEHIND HIS BACK and signed Ulamek, and when his payments failed to tick into his account, Rune saw no other way than to change clubs. AFAIK Rune is not the only riders Czestochowa owes money. After all this Rune has lost both his mechanics (and also one of his new mechanics) due to club matters in Czestochowa (long story, no need to bring it up here), and he has lost all his Czestochowa sponsors. Does anyone still think this matter is all about money? One last thing that I want say; Rune has NEVER recommended Czestochowa to Lee Richardson! This is something the club has made up when they found out Rune didn`t wanted to sign for the club.
  15. If you want to write crap, go somewhere else and do it!
  16. Rune Holta signs for Rzeszow and leaves Czestochowa.
  17. That infamous incident is just one of many, many, MANY serious problems involving Stefan and alcohol. The Valserna management didn`t want it anymore after many years of protecting the guy. It`s a shame, Stefan has always been a brilliant rider, but his "social life" has destroyed a brilliant carreer.
  18. Just as there is no doubt: The info is official, the three remaining wildcards are Protasiewicz, Iversen and Zager. IT IS OFFICIAL !!!!
  19. Once again it shows that Ole Olsen is the guy picking the riders. Zagar must be in it because of Krsko, it can`t be his performances in the GP`s because Andersen has a better record than him. Protasiewicz has powerful sponsors so he has probably paid for a spot (just what BSI f**kers want), and Iversen is in because little Denmark always crave to have as many riders as Sweden and Poland. AND IT IS ALWAYS THAT OLSEN, which shows that the Grand Prix has fallen in value as the best riders in the world are not riding in it. I wish Ole Olsen could go and start doing something other that speedway like his son Jacob wisely did. We don`t need Ole Olsen in speedway anymore.
  20. Now that 4 out of the 7 are out of the bag, I would go for these riders to have THE BEST 15 riders in the world regardless of nationality: Andersen Holta Protasiewicz
  21. Zagar is nowhere near Holta or Andersen when it comes to quality on various tracks. He is only going good in Krsko. Also Kasprzak has shown in the latter parts of the season that he is not near a place in the GP`s. I`s go for Holta, Protasiewicz or Kolodziej as the final pole, but I think it is too early for Kolodziej. Just see what happened to Robert Miskowiak, U21 champ last year, couln`t get a team place in Wroclaw this season.
  22. Let`s face it. Richardson has got the nod because he is British, as there are no other Brits that are better than him. If BSI had been a Polish company Richardson would have been out.
