Talking of Zagar and Injuries, does anyone know what state of fitness he's in after his crash last week? Hoping he's fully recovered, otherwise 6 rides could cause him further problems -
Better that than someone so far up his own a**e that he doesnt feel the need to enter the qualifiers in the first place. Bomber and Rico for the 2010 gps
-
Why sadly? Wouldnt you LOVE to see the Zorro in the gps?

Gb World Cup Team
Cornishman replied to DarrenCook's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Ahhh, but that would go against the unwritten rules of the BSF Good call leaving Scott out imo, but Rico really should have been in. He's clearly getting back to his very best and should definately be in if we scrape past Slovenia into the playoffs in Poland -

It would certainly make sense for the British number 1 to be captain wouldnt it -

Well I, along with everyone else it seems, must have seen it differently to you then... And for the record, I did NOT start this thread. The first post on here was a reply to a seperate thread and makes no sense now as the majority of the post relates to the other topic. -
It looked brilliant, and didnt cut up like normal. So its a step forward yes. But wouldn't you like to see the occasional pass too? Other than someone riding too wide

Nicholls V Sayfutdinov

Dont you get smart with me Yeh obviously Emil being an immature, insert appropriate word here, was the cause of the incident. But the first physical move was from Scott. Although the first punch was Emil -

Sorry, but yes i did watch,it happened right in front of where i was sitting. Im talking about the after race indicent, not the pass as that was hard but fair. Scott was on the outside and Emil had nowhere to turn but into the pit gate as obviously he couldn't brake. Scott rode into the pit gate himself, and made no attempt to go around it. And whilst we're on it, Scott pushed Emil away with force first, so i would say that was the 'first swipe' -
I'm sure Emil will be pretty happy with that. Get your cheque book out daddy. As for the gp, yet another round towards the world gating championships. On top of that the atmosphere was the flattest its ever been in my opinion. The entertainment was so bad it was almost an insult. The sound system must have cost about a tenner to put together. On a positive note, Jason Crump was amazing! He didnt have to flight too hard with anybody as he was so quick form the gate, but still, to go unbeaten all night shows why he deserves this championship. The Bomber and Nicki decidions could both have been all 4 back in my opinion. Yes there was contact, but why are they so reluctant to give 'first bend bunching' in gps lately? And finally on Emil. I loved watching him in the first few gps, but after watching him having a go at Nicki last time out and then the fight with Scott i've completely lost any respect for him, and so have most of the rest of the crowd judging by the boos. I'm no fan of either Scott or Nicki, but neither of them did anything wrong. Quite possibly will enjoy the 2010 gp from right where i'm sitting now

Entertainment At Cardiff 09

From Plymouth Speedway Forum: can confirm that Nathan is ok. At the time of his accident there was the suspicion that he might have fractured his pelivs. However, following x-rays no fractures / breaks were found. -
The only problem theres every been is Scotty being jealous that all of a sudden Bomber was better than him, won a gp and continues to be more successful. Same reason he rode Emil into the fence last night, whereas the old Scott Nicholls would have said something then ridden off back to the pits. His toys spend more time out if the pram than in it

I would love to see that line up. Our top 5 in my opinion too on current form. But as we all know, Scotty doesnt actually have to achieve anything these days to be 'Britains number one' and 'deserve' to be captain
