  1. Been an ongoing saga for ages. 16/4/14: Swales revealed a deal has been agreed for Bach to join current club Workington as a full asset from Panthers. That's "has been" which suggests yet to be finalised, as opposed to "was agreed"
  2. The mentalists new profile does make one think of "What Have the Romans Ever Done For Us?" So come our loony friend, in the style of Reg, apart from better sanitation and medicine and education and irrigation and public health and roads and a freshwater system and baths and public order what has KingKennyBjerre ever done for us?
  3. Yup! Drop the anthem, sign up Fletcher, Sullivan & the Crew again, sell or long term loan Bjerre to 6 fingers and return to the Elite League - which rules out North anyway! - how's them for changes? But in the short term, no!
  4. full marks to Bratters though for getting his letter published "everything looking good." - that's a thread on its own isn't it
  5. I'm sure that there's a position here for Rossiter if Swindon go belly up, that's if Sullivan is unavailable of course!
  6. One post and it's like pushing a domino Race day - Hougaard can taste the tension like a cloud of smoke in the air, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh!
  7. only 4 posts thus far on one thread, the chimps gone part-time. I suspect Somesrset will be more interested in this than Peterborough, we're built for Tuesday!
  8. I didn't even know that we were riding this week, if we were Elite then the mentalist would have had a thread running to a Norfolk fingers number of pages edit - Jeez, and just as I was tying it snook in!
  9. Panthers 1. Ryan Fisher 2. Lewis Blackbird 3. Ales Dryml 4. Ulrich Ostergaard 5. Lasse Bjeere 6. Joe Jacobs 7. Oliver Greenwood Leicester 1. Jason Doyle 2 Jan Graversen 3. Kauko Nieminen 4. Simon Stead 5. Patrick Hougaard 6. Max Clegg 7. Tom Perry 1st leg 42-48 in favour of Panthers
  10. Only seems logical then that it is introduced at Coventry asap to spread the joy to a larger and wider audience My solution at Peterborough would be to play it as the parade vehicle is going round with the riders on board, we may or may not be sitting at that point and can choose our action, then the presentation can continue unhindered
  11. Not at all. Give him a decent track (at home) and Kosciuch will get you points. He never had that decent track at the start when out of his depth in the main body of a struggling team. Same rider different scenario later on. Same can't be said of Dryml. He's where he should be and not doing much without any obvious good reason.
  12. Which is what Swales says every year and Frost admitted cost us last year when everyone could see the problems but didn't deal with them. As we're on a budget and less high profile I suspect he'll get all the time he wants.
  13. That will bring Hougaards 2006 heat 15 memories flooding back again, same result in both though, Panthers win! Then though was perhaps slightly more crucial: Elite League Champions 2006, thanks in big part to Hancock in gate 3?
  14. You'll have enjoyed last night then! At least if Saul rushes his announcement through before the riders are introduced then we'll know not to sit down or be upstanding before that point. Some decent speedway though to end on a positive.
  15. You been on those funny fags again! Correct on both points. Too early to tell but no worse than early last season.
  16. Not even made a page 2, there's a message in there somewhere, apart from the mentalist losing interest
  17. Funny old state of affairs innit. No anthem, what a disgrace when Rye is closer to Buck Hs than the EoES! Did you say hello to Rick? He's a big fan of yours I understand
