I'm flying out to Sweden on Friday morning.... Does anyone know if spectators are allowed in to watch practice, and if so, what time it is likely to be? -

You should of looked on Thomas Cook - city breaks....., we are still flying with SAS, and with the hotel I think I got a pretty good deal. I looked on SAS website and the flights were coming up at £177 (flying from BHX). Its worth looking around - expedia is another good one to try next time. Hope that helps -

Glad you're coming Queen Bee . Never been to Gothenburg before but I'm sure we'll find somewhere to hang out with a nice view of the harbour. Is your hotel near the stadium? Hotel is on "The Avenue", within walking distance of the stadium apparently, looks pretty close on the map. Had a nightmare with the tickets tho. Arrived yesterday afternoon, flight tickets okay, but only one nights accommodation been booked (Saturday). Not quite sure where they expected me to kip on Friday night!!!! That was Thomas Cook as well!! I thought they were pretty good Glad to say they've sorted it now.... roll on Friday morning -

Where do most of the forum members hang out in Gothenburg. I'm staying at the Radisson on "The Avenue", would like to meet with some fellow members if anyone fancies it? Never been to a GP before, and really looking forward to it, can't imagine what the noise and atmosphere will be like!! -

I'll second that.... be really careful about money and valuables. I didn't have any problems when I went a few years back, but my friends dad had his wallet nicked earlier this year when they went for a weekend break! -

That would be great... ideally I want to go to Sweden, Denmark, Prague...... to name but a few. But I'll merrilly go to however many I can afford. Whats the routine - fly out on a Friday and back on Sunday? -
I'd really like to travel to some of the overseas Grand Prix next season but don't really fancy travelling on my tod. Is there anyone who would be willing to have me tag along with them?

I'm travelling down on Saturday just after lunch, as I've got to work in the morning. I'd like to meet up with some other forum members too, if someone can let me know where they are going to be? I'm staying at the Prem Lodge (thanks to Sir Matty), - anybody else staying there?
