Hugely impressive performance by Bjerre, and good to see Crumpie on the winning trail again, hopefully en route to the first of many World Championships!

Shame Crumpie muffed the gate in the final - who knows what might have happened otherwise. Still - makes it exciting with a neck-and-neck leaderboard.

Refs this season are giving the impression riders can get away with anything and call it hard riding. Time for a clear distinction between fair and unfair and less pandering to GP riders, no matter how senior. How about yellow and red cards?!

Judging by the Swedish GP, perhaps if he were unable to ride again the ref will now exclude all other riders and award 25 points to Mr. Rickardsson

Not that you're biased Steve!! Your mate Tony would evidently have to massacre the rest of the field to earn an exclusion. Be honest - had that been Crump or Adams, would they have been excluded?

That's it - time to pack up and go home. What's the point of watching EL speedway when the teams are scarcely better than the teams they tracked for the BLC this year? When will some promoter have the guts to challenge this total farce?

Desperately bad luck for Crumpie to be excluded in the semi rather than making it for the final showdown. He must be devastated. Hope he steams away with the title next year.
