  3. The crash you watched on youtube was not "a pre-war". It happened in 1956 and the rider killed in that crash was Zbigniew RANISZEWSKI from Poland. You can see again it again here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fft_V-zInhY
  4. Yes... there is another comment by Nicki Pedersen published on his Polish club Unia Leszno site: http://info.ksul.pl/artykul/3301 In my"best" translation it reads like this. After the track incident, for which I was excluded from the re-run and received the red card, my adrenaline level was very high. When I got back to my box in the pit , I felt very provoked by the Torun manager,Mr. Gajewski. In a direct confrontation that has occurred he shouted at me and spoke to me in bad terms, moreover, he clearly was in my box area and the the pit area reserved for the opposing team. I was very frustrated by this fact and kicked Mr. Gajewski. I know I've done wrong and I would like to apologize to Mr. Gajewski and to my fans. Nicki Pedersen
  5. heat 22 - the best one of the whole evening. Great pity that both Russian, Laguta and Sayfutdinov are not in the GP.
  6. Surely the individual Danish League title can't be measured in the same way as the BLRC and IIEC
  7. it's a proof, once again, that what matters for Polish fans is the League. They don't care much about individual events, which is a great pity, because, I for one, prefer individual meetings.
  8. You seem to know a lot about Polish speedway. More than the average British fan, so what's your opinion on the Kolodziej, etc., exclusion from the line-up?
  9. I, for one, would like to know why Janusz Kolodziej -7.92, Artem Laguta - 7.79, and Kenneth Bjerre - 7.68, being 13, 14, and 15 on the list of the best Ekstraliga averages, are not in the line-up. Instead Pawel Przedpelski 7.54 Grzegorz Walasek 7.49, and Krzysztof Buczkowski 7.48 got the go ahead.
  10. Gollob and Plech have a few years track experience between them. .... In 1989 Gollob was called up to the Polish Army and landed at Gdansk, where Plech was still a hero. Gollob was obviously praising Plech saying how much he owed to him in his first year as a rider.
  11. I would be more interested what's going on in Zielona Gora...because according to today's Poland's sports daily „Przeglad Sportowy” Anti-dope control carried out after TORUN vs ZIELONA GORA match showed a banned substance in the body of Zielona Gora's rider - Alexandr Loktayev. After a very successful for Falubaz match in Torun six riders were subjected to anti-dope control. samples were taken from Grigory Laguta, Pawel Przedpelski and Chris Holder – all from Torun and Krystian Pieszczek, Alexandr Loktayew and Alex Zgardzinski from Zielona Gora. The newspaper is saying that, Loktayev sample gave a positive result! The presence of marijuana was found in his body. For the time being The Commission for Combating Doping in Sport does not want to give any binding information in this case. If the case is officially confirmed, Zielona Gora are to lose an extra bonus point won in Torun. After another of their riders, Dudek, was banned for using forbidden substances, it won't help their image either, and at the same time Zielona Gora's fans war cry - "Falubaz is magic" - takes another meaning.
  12. Your reply has just proved that you are mental...and the best place for you is Tworki (best known psychiatric hospital in Poland). BTW, I'm not dictating anything...I'm just trying to point out to you the correct usage of English.
  13. Stop typing "you" with a capital "Y". It's not kosher...and definitely not English.
  14. Torun has every right to say what Ward's conditions were . He wanted to choose who will ride in the Torun team and who will not. If you were Torun's manager would you agree to that? The point is that Holder is the weakest link in the Torun side and if Torun would sign Ward Holder would be out.
  15. As you've said...it used to be, but is not any more. Gollob was in front, so he could not get into Nicki's wheel. All 4 back was the only decision.
  16. All your statistics are very interesting... but the British fans are mostly interested ( as I understand it ) not in points per heat, but in Calculated Match Averages (CMA)
  17. Yes, it was the Celtic Warrior which docked in Gdansk Port with the shale shipment on 25 February 2015. According to http://www.akbiphotos.pl/archiwa/1066 on this day the port of Gdansk on the Coal waterfront received an unusual transhipment . From The Celtic Warrior ship, which arrived straight from England, we have seen reloading onto trucks specific material called shale , which will be used for building a speedway racing track at the National Stadium in Warsaw. The Polish text reminds readers that on April 18 the National Stadium in Warsaw will be hosting the Lotto FIM Speedway Grand Prix of Poland. There is also a photo gallery from that event.
  18. Buczkowski being intervied by new female reporter was adamand that it was Nicki's fault, not his. On the other hand he would say that, woulnd't he.
  19. Danes are not wasting any time introducing Kildemand as a joker nice one from "Buczek" Buczkowski
  20. I hear that uncle Len is till going strong, this time at Rye House. Yes, I was THERE every Friday. those were the days when happiness was 40:38
  21. Polish commentators, among them my life time favourite - Zenon Plech - also think that Nicky shoulder Not have been excluded FROM heat no.2
