  1. Yes, but you want on the train, don't you? If you look like you're struggling with 3 very tired kids everyone will make way for you and let you on the train first. Brilliant
  2. Snap, Dawn G. I'll have my Danish flag also. Don't know about my fleece though. Might be too hot in the afternoon. Anyway my daughter might not allow me to wear it as I'm always wearing fleeces(well they are nice and cosy ) and anyway I've not got one on just now, got my ECP tank top on
  3. PLAN B: Carry one child on your shoulders (asleep) with the other two half asleep by your side.
  4. Message from Fortune (daughter of Joanne ) whose account is inactive at the moment: "If it is between Slipknot and Will Young, I'd choose Slipknot anyday :!:
  5. Hi Richie I will try and answer some of your questions. 1. The trouble with staying in the car is that at alot of service stations are now limited to 2 hours now unless you pay of course. The traffic over the other side of the bridge in Wales isn't half as bad as the London area. Should be nice and quiet about 9ish. 2. Yes, the Millenium Stadium is in the centre. 3. For parking, see this http://www.millenniumstadium.com/vsite/vco...ws-item,00.html 4. Not too early. Better just to follow everyone else unless your feet are sore of course. 5. Yes 6. Yes, but don't point it at my daughters ears or she'll give you the look 7. Looks like Sams Bar at 2pm and then the Prince of Wales. See you there
  6. Who says we have to sit? May just bounce up and down
  7. I've got a Danish flag which I won on ebay the other week. Don't know about the 'waving madly' bit, FD. Don't want to embarass my daughter anymore. She already thinks I'm mad
  8. Firstly I'd like to say, it's great to be back online. I missed all of you. As for the GP, I thought it was a bit ordinary until the last few heats. What a race from Dryml. Think Adams or Dryml would have won the Final if they hadn't been involved in that crash in the Final. But well done Sullivan . And hard luck Nicholls, Richardson and N Pedersen. Maybe Nicholls would have better luck if he rode for Britain instead of ENGLAND
  9. Had to totally reschedule my Prague timetable today (costing me lots of pennies :-( ). My hubby is taking part in the Nato Chess Championships in Copenhagen so I have to come back on the Sunday. But instead I'm flying out on the Thursday morning so I can see a bit of Prague
  10. Hope it is Zetters but I'm going for Rickardsson to win with Dryml second and Adams third. Hope everyone who's going to Sweden isn't affected too much by the strike and has a great break
  11. Thanks for all the information, Hanne I'll certainly think about it. My hotel is near the Central train station anyway.
  12. That's behind us Jotrez. And I promised not to jump up and down.
  13. Could you please add my kids, Michael and Rebecca, to the list, Lioness. I am starting to feel all alone in the Travel Inn :-(
  14. Yes, but we'd need little plastic wine glasses. Don't know if they'd be allowed in.
  15. What if you had cartons? You can get cartons of juice or even maybe cartons of wine. But wouldn't like to have to drink a whole carton of wine beforehand or I'd be asleep during the GP. We could have a forum box of wine
  16. I only got off mine once, to let the dog out for a slash. Flash wanted out a few times. Beginning to think he doesn't like speedway. Just made a moaning noise like he does when he wants out. When I did let him out he just looked at me on the other side of the patio door in the pouring rain. Typical awkward Male
  17. Really nice of Tony to keep mentioning Carl. Shows how nice and thoughtful he is. Get well soon Carl.
  18. Well done Tony. I think all the other riders are going to have to concentrate a bit more in order to beat him. Didn't get off my seat much as there was no need to, nearly did with the Rickardsson, Celgieski race. Glad that Lee did well and I hope Nicki keeps up with Tony.
  19. I'm learning Think I could do with a translator while I'm in Copenhagen though
  20. Please explain, alot of rain must have got into my brains today. :? My prediction: 1st Nicki Pedersen 2nd Tony Rickardsson 3rd Greg Hancock
  21. Thanks for that. Where I was looking it now says 'Udsolgt'. I suppose that means 'sold out'. 8) Yes, the tickets are expensive, but I think I paid more for the Prague GP than the Danish one. But I suppose it will be worth it.
  22. No problem, Tina. Will you be wearing a Lukas t-shirt or even maybe a Leigh one :?:
  23. Thanks, Dawn. I'll put my persuading hat on at the weekend. Not seen my parents for a while with them moving back up to Scotland this year.
