Like you Baggy I have just gone straight in to post without looking at the probable negativity on here that surrounds these meetings (with the exception of your post ) In the end it turned out to be a very enjoyable final because of the closeness of the scores but there were some good races and passes. Congratulations to Poland who pulled themselves up after a bad start and well done to team GB. Only 11 points separating the top and bottom teams shows that GB were right in the thick of it and certainly did not disgrace themselves.

King's Lynn did themselves and the SWC proud. The presentation was good, the music was brilliant, the viewing excellent, the facilities good, the track produced some brilliant racing and last but not least the crowd produced an awesome atmosphere and I lost my voice shouting on TEAM GB Well done to all concerned.

Maybe in football you wouldn't see some big match going to a lower league but that's probably because they don't have stadia up to it. But KL have a track and stadium of FIM requirements so what's the problem. They are far better set up than some EL tracks I have been to.

KL is still an FIM track so ger over youself EL snobbery at it's best!

Exactly. It's just typical Steve Schovlar having a go because an EL track isn't hosting it. It's an FIM track so that should be good enough. If team GB are good enough then they will go through. If they don't then please don't blame where it was held.

The most expensive ticket on the website outwith packages is £84 so somebody is trying to make a profit in selling on their tickets

They used to be but they are not really good enough for young children.

I don't know if they go free or not but tell them to make sure they have appropiate ear defenders for them or their hearing will get damaged.
