  1. Tai is less likely to be involved now. He wanted the rights for it himself so he will deffo see his arse now and not ride. Stevie Worrall is part of team revolution so assume we can assume he is garunteed a place.
  2. He was very much on the pace. You wouldn't have guessed if u diddnt know
  3. Yep. It's not actually an replace to ride Swindon. It might be a massive track but speaking to riders you have to treat it and ride it like a small track. He will learn eventually. Hopefully he will learn from his mistakes if/when he returns
  4. Nope. Just the 3 weeks but safer option is to sign starke for 28 days. Right way to go about it for me
  5. He's broke his shoulder. He's having lazier treatment everyday and expected to be back in 3 weeks but as a precautionary we signed starke as a 28 day replacement to be on safe side. For me right thing to do
  6. Went last night to workington for the first time in a long time. A few observations from me Enjoyed the meeting, decent races and some close action. Had food in the cafe on back straight. Us at belle vue I thought had the worse food in the whole leagues. I was wrong awful uncooked food. Decent price mind you. If that crowd was a sign to come then I'm afraid you will struggle to see out the season. I'd say approx 500-700 people on your opening meeting with a good field assembled last time I went it was packed. What as gone wrong. People that diddnt go missed a good meeting. I enjoyed it.
  7. It was a mistake on belle vues part. Your ticket will be transferred to the grandstand. They will explain it all to you when you pick up the ticket. They are aware of there mistake
  8. Paul starke is in to replace drozdz who's injured. It's a 28 day replacement
  9. Can't remember. But if he did it would have been the pits because fan got all excited and celebrated at speed after the race so Doyle got no where near him to congratulate him. Doyle's a decent chap so i would say he did
  10. We need to try and persuade dan gilkes that he's ready for NL. He doesn't want tonight yet but he's a very good young rider. And he's a 2 pointer
  11. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=1904587996281777&id=129552893785305 It's not a great race for most, but for us @TheAces fans this was bloody awesome. Our little dan beating the world champ
  12. TBF it looked quite a bad injury. He couldn't even walk on it. So fair play to him for riding on for Somerset. Would have been easier to duck today. Shows his commitment to British speedway
  13. Am the Collins were offered an olive branch but they have refused to accept it. Well PC anyway. Neil wouldn't go anyway without PC
  14. Doyle picked up a foot injury today. Hope it's not to bad
  15. He had an invite and refused. Others did come.that had been refusing beforehand which was good to see. Was great to see mort there to
  16. From heat 8 onwards I thought it was a better meeting racing wise than last year and that's saying something. But the 1 thing last year had was quality racing from heat 1 onwards. The rain just before start time which wasn't predicted had saturated the track. Especially when it was well watered throughout the day as no rain was predicted. Fair play to all riders for treating it as a proper meeting and not a practice. There was some no holds barred racing out there. A deserved winner in Doyle. Once he sorted his nerves out he was very good.
  17. Regarding bewley. He will be two I g some.gating lessons from Rory schlein througout the season. Hopefully this should help him. Unsure if anyone knows this but fan doesn't use a chain, he uses a belt to get his drive out the start. Not sure what advantage this gives him, or disadvantage tbh. He either gates very well or very poor so he can gate just not consistently. Wonder if the belt is something to do with it
  18. After a slow start this as been just as good as last year's. If not better. The standard of racing is out of this world. Every rider deserves a pat on the back for putting on a show and not treating it as testing.
