Charlie Webster Fighting For Her Life
Phil The Ace replied to BWitcher's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Sending my wished to Charlie. -
His latest "toys out the pram" is all to do with expenses from the world cup;) He wanted X amount BSPA said "NO" we will only give you this amount. Tais said sod you. I'm off for a year. That's the straw that broke the camels back. This just adds to his frustration with the BSPA overall I'm not tais biggest fan. But there is no denying that he is world class and Britain's greatest ever rider in the making. Will we win the SWC without him - NO CHANCE will we win the SWC with him - NO but he will help us achieve a medal in the mean time. Therefore the BSPA need to listen to him because whatever he's done it's worked but also tai needs to understand the BSPA and British speedway is not like Poland or the PZM. There budget is unlimited. Ours isn't. We will just have to work that little harder to achieve our goals. And if/when we do the win will be even sweeter.

No one is questioning tais reasons or anything like that. Just the way he's gone about his PR. He's not very PR savvy. His tweet left more questions than answers. Sometimes its better to say nothing. We all hope he gets the backing from the BSPA but he also needs not to be seen doing cryptic tweets or slagging off the bosses. From tai to the bspa. They are all bickering children that need there heads banging together. The quicker we get an independent body to run British speedway the better.

Poole Reaction To Tai
Phil The Ace replied to poolebolton's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
I've not seen a poole fan complain yet -
It also says he only got the call yesterday. Hahaha. Yeh right
-
Is it top 6 or top 4 No. He was after a spot with us. But signed for wolves anyway a few week ago. So to say that he only got call yesterday is a lie
-
OK. Keep telling ya self that OK. Keep telling ya self that

In 1 weeks time his Swedish season is over. In 2 weeks time his Polish season is over. Both teams failed to reach play offs. He had 6 GPs left. Well 5 after saturday and no league racing. So came begging but wolves wasn't his preferred choice. But fair play wolves if they sign him. They will now be favourites so of we (belle vue) do win play offs it will make the win more sweeter

Just watched the euros. WOW, WOW & double WOW. that was by there the best meeting I've ever watched. A few points to make Nicki was hard on ljung but not dirty. Nicki was passed him and lounge hit the fence before contact. Nicki rightfully excluded though Nicki is Deffo ageing. When has he ever admitted he should have been excluded. Hans did one of the most dirtiest moves ever. How was emil not excluded for that final crash. He caused the crash. All though if anything all 4 should have been allowed back. And if BSPA don't recognise this as an event then why was there an English ref

Ian and Buxton tiger. I'm sorry but you haven't got a clue arseholes. Ajs bikes and mechanic etc were in pits awaiting his arrival. They only found out at about 6pm he wasn't riding. Half 6 it was announced. GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT OR BREAK OFF anyway some top class racing game last night despite the scoreline line. -
WOW. Last night's SWC was frigging awesome. TAI lead from the front. DANNY KING was superb after a nervous start CRAIG COOK was unlucky early on but then brilliant when under pressure that guy handles pressure well LAMBERT battled all night. Sometimes we forgot he's only 18 years old. ROSCO managed the team brilliantly. And the proud look on his face was for all to see. Lovely pictures with him and his family. The aces track aswell was a credit to all. Friday was dull as dishwater. And I was a little worried saturday could be similar but soon as I stepped foot in the stadium last night and saw the track I new we were in for a ride. And my good we got that. Best meeting I have ever been to. Fantastic stuff. And it wasn't just the racing. The atmosphere was great. Could have been better if we was allowed air horns was. The meeting ran smoothly and there was no problems with what I could see. I'm still of the opinion that all riders should have practiced but I'm glad tai shoved my statement down my throat. Proved tonight he is the best rider in the world. Anyway. Let's hope for more big meetings. I'm sure the FIM loved last night. So there is every chance of another big meeting next year. Maybe the GP challenge.
