  1. thing is this how much you can believe from the said newspaper is also questionable. they like to add extra bits it to give things some spice
  2. marriott now has rooms available. i have just booked in there. and hun i have no idea where you are check your emails and then u will find out
  3. the cardiff one still has high availability only went on the screens late sunday night for premier inn sites to sell to i was told when i phoned up my help line today at work. wasnt there sunday when i checked. would advise to book fast tho as the other city centre locations will be cross selling there overbooking levels to it some extra info is that currently as of yet they are not 1005 sure on the location of the car park. could be a ncp with the normal 10/15% customer discount. currently as of today it is £105 per night but we now are dynamic pricing meaning this changes depending on the availability also soon there could be length of stay restrictions on if u have problems booking just let me know and i will get some one or i will have a look at what the reason is
  4. when u have spend 2 month revising them tho and watching videos and looking deep into the company they wernt at the end of the day all budget airlines are the same ur on there plain and there is sod all you can do about it when ur on it and well people go back cause tey are cheap
  5. how virgin is in profit i will never know they never ask you for a ticket. ryan air dont have a max turn around of 20 mins at airports like easyjet. easyjet woill take nothing into concideration if you are late you are late even if it is a connection flights fault and the aircraft is sat on the terminal and the terminal is still open they will not let you on weather u be 5 mins late or even a minuite did nobody watch airline. also easy jet do not explain all terms and conditions to you that could mean that you hav to pay more if you have children without your own car seat to stap the child into the airplain seat yet they can sit on your knee
  6. the level of customer service is low tho. ryan air are known to provide a much friendlier service. easy jet now charge as well. ej passall cost incurred on to the customer so that there profit is untouched. they joined a gds and they caiused hell cause they put there prices up.
  7. yes easyjet may cost more than ryan air but that is because of the services that they offer you have to pay for each individual one and they do there pricing with yield management where ryan air like monach airlines and bmi that are also in the 10 ten offer some frills for free. easyjet are also coving costs for the planned developments of the airbus to make them eco friendly which will be made with 2 open rotory rolls royce engines that will cut co2 emmitions by 50% and nitros oxies by 80% to come into service by 2015, EJ also buy their fuel 12 month in advanvce so they are actually making a wack are easyjet but then again stelos is worth a fortune with the easybrand that leads into cruses, money, pizza, vans (workington should team up and give them all orange vans), offices, mobile etc so money can be moved to help cater each. stellos is also know to fight off competitors by putting his staff in thete uniforms on other flights offering free flights to customers on the flight. like he did to BA's GO airline which he later bought in 1998 which lead to a major court case after ba had tried to by easyjet. ryan air are that little bit cheaper as they like to share the cost of the flight to everyone and not just the cheap price to the first few customers like ej do. there are alot of hidden thing with easy jet so for me i would br flying ryan air

  9. they were offered as compensation wernt they not???? you can sue if they were as it is not catering for needs. if some was disabled and they did that would be a different kettle of fish. techically vertigo is a disability in medical terms and should be treated the same
  10. sue them. threaten with a solisitors letter as it is demed as not catering for your needs
  11. dont turn to jet2 tho as there economic state supposibly aint good
  12. ryan air announced in june that if the economic downfall happened and the rise in oil prices continued to increase that the company would only just manage to break easy. not looking good seen as they are the largest budget airline in europe with easy-jet coming in just behind no i am not a geek on airline facts i just had to study them for 2 months for a exam to be honest i think that the cuts are the sensible way ahead looking at the life of air travel. so far 14 airlines have fell victim and went into liquidation in 2008 and more are expected in 2009. although this has happened good news for us open skies policies means that there could be some cheep flights after the depression to fly over to america for cheap
  13. read pirate andy just taking the piss out of hns these days and cost cuttings
  14. QUOTE (Gemini @ Dec 16 2008, 02:45 PM) More go than touch I reckon. Did we not leave the stadium this year until getting on for 11pm? Doing the maths (and I can just about manage this sum) that makes it 9pm for a 5pm start. Of course there is always the option of missing the presentations and fireworks. Quote (Pirateandy) probably only able to afford sparklers this year now would the sparklers be on the centre green and the riders playn with them as well health and safty says (looking at a tube of gient sparkelers still not used from bonfire night) must be used under supervision of adults and outdoor use (is a stadium classes as outdoor if it has a roof) and well they would have to provide gloves as well
  15. no as i will set at a pricing structure suitable all year round which will be competative when the rip off so called budget hotels lower there prices. i will only cost what is needed to cover overheads. i think i really might do this. it would make sooo much sence.
  16. yep cause of yield management which wa covered in my exams this year and last year at uni. i think i may open a hotel in cardiff when i am finished and drag prices down by keeping at a reasonable price and well i will fill up still premier inn have actually changed there policy regarding pricing between me finishing my travel and tourism a level and starting tourism management at uni which was a years gap and i was very shocked when i started to work for them when i found out that they actually now have events pricing in regards to how popular the event is. 2 year ago i had the cheapest hotel room ever cause i had been on guest recogmendations as being rememberable and i had the hotels 2 nights worth of vouchers all but £29 and i got staff discount on the room so i had to pay about £12 for 2 nights and breakfast included. it was great and then bomber and greg won me a fortune so i was happy as a pig in poo
  17. they never are. i always eat in manchesters when m mam is here. most people are in walkabout tho with the riders so i think most people will think £40 to be with fans or £0 to be with speedway riders and even some gp riders
  18. yeah i hope he does well as he needs some luck this season
