Batchelor & Schlien appear to be on low averages for their ability, Lambert is only going to improve. Harris is a solid EL performer if you can sign him. Can you fit those in with a possible return of Bjerre? Would be a solid top 5, without a stand out #1 admittedly. I do worry about Schlien's health though. Is Lebvedevs an option?

Over the course of a season, under this current race format do you think Adams (fantastic servant to every British League club that he was) would have averaged 9.75 as Doyle has this year for the Robins? Over 0.5 above any other rider and other than Iversen a point more over the likes of Holder & AJ? KK may well be better at Wimbourne Rd. But even on 0.7+ average I'd have Holder over Kasprzak every day. Question maybe can you fit both in? If Poole can they would have a powerful top two.

Where were Clegg & Howarth?
-
How exactly? Lindback was in the top 8 of the World Championship at the time he replaced Andersen. Milik and Madsen have never competed except as the Wild Card in such an event. Milik should return on his average attained at Kings Lynn last season, Madsen has not ridden in Britain for 5 years or more, has never been a GP rider and only rode in the SWC because Hans Neilsen is stubborn. Re-assessing his average to 7 would be harsh.

What is the Ekstraliga points limit? -
Looks good, get the BSPA to agree
-
If he is that expensive then I would agree. You would need Cook or Fricke to be able to beat the best riders in the world - well Doyle, Lindgren, Holder & Iversen when it mattered. Do you think they are capable. Or do you just go strength in depth.

Ellis has kinda ridden too well, without having a PL side to get a place for next season coming in on a 5.7ish average. Which is fairly ridiculous. It would take an statistician with commitment to remove the the heat 2 scores from the averages of Bates, Howarth, Ellis, Newman, the Woralls et al. But I think that would be the fairest way to do it. By heat 12 if they are going to score points then they should. I mean have Kennett, Lawson, Bridger been at reserve for the odd fixture?
-
As long as it is one rule for all that is fine. One could argue that Richie Worrall despite not being a EDR this season spent longer at reserve than Newman, his brother and a few other riders (Howarth springs to mind) this year such was the form of his brother why should he not also come in his PL average re-assessed also?

Hasn't ridden in the UK since 2010 I believe, surely would have to be re-assessed.

If you regionalise it, then each club riders each other clubs in their region twice home & twice away, that gives each club 10 home league fixtures. With shorter travelling distance (admittedly Ipswich or Kings Lynn to Somerset is still a heck of a journey) there is more chance that fans can travel away on a week night. Leaving the playoffs winner North v/s runner up South and vice-versa. If clubs are then guaranteed to face clubs from the opposite region in a re-introduced KO Cup competition it would make this more interesting. I'm not saying it is perfect, I'm just trying to find a possible solution to the problem.

With no idea of points limit, the conference will invoke. Matej Zagar 7.48 Steve Worrall 8.98/2 = 4.49 Chris Harris 6.62 Anyone. Freddie Lindgren 7.2 Kyle Newman 6.61/2 = 3.30 Max Claegg 3.00

I think Leicester were spoiled having Doyle as #1 for their first two years, without any assets. Next year will be fun looking at averages. Lakeside & Swindon need to drop a few riders, bizarrely higher ranked teams don't.
-
Not on 7.8 average you;d be crazy to not take him.
-
Fairly sure Ellis is screwed as far as an EL spot goes since no PL team gave him a spot this year. No EL team will take him on a 5.5 average.
-
AFAIK Monmore Green is owned by Ladbrooks. I thought the council owned Poole Stadium. Don't know on the others.

This question is do both Worrall's come in on half their converted PL average as both have spent time in the reserve berth or just Steve because he was the EDR?
