  1. Can't see that Roger is gonna worry about parting with 15 quid each week lol
  2. As the saying goes what goes around, comes around. JC did a decent job when he was handling the marketing, but for whatever reason he went. Looking at things he is not the only guy in the world who can handle a simple marketing job like Kings Lynn Speedway, will Buster see the light thou and get someone in to ramp it up again. Someone part-time could handle it. Not as if there are many meetings and it's only a limited season.
  3. More chance of Donald Trump getting a 2nd term in office. lol
  4. They need a Chapman Junior type back in the fold. I thought now Rob Lyon was no longer Team manager he should have more time to devote to the marketing side. Cant expect Buster to do everything, not with his BSPA role and also sorting the track.
  5. Sounds very much like you might not be visiting Saddlebow much more, if you aint being entertained Haza ?
  6. If Holder bangs in a 13 plus haul on Wednesday night are people still going to be after change ?
  7. So is the 'inconsistent' start to the season down to : 1. Buster Chapman (he is the man controlling everything, budget, track etc) 2. Dale Alitt ( he is the man entrusted with getting the maximum out of the riders he has) 3. Chris Holder ( signed as a big hitter No1 but performing no better than a 2nd string) 4. Trees ) Cos she is working her butt off for the good of the Club and is very protective of it) Come on guys, I smell a bit of a witch hunt. Not on is it ? What makes her opinion worth less than aanybody else's ? just because you don't happen to agree with it.
  8. Leicester next up at Saddlebow. No disrespect to Leicester but I really think the fans will be looking for 3 things ( IMHO) 1. A good home win. 2. Holder to show some sort of form with a score to match. 3. a Decent nights racing. Could be a 'Meatloaf' night...... 2 outta 3 aint bad.
  9. Win as a team, lose as a team. Mistake made or not, either way it doesn't really amount to a whole heap of beans. In Cricket they always use to say look at the score book. It doesn't lie
  10. Tight one this. 2 points in it either way. If it's a big night for Lambert that could swing it Lynn's way.
  11. Think This will be a bigger landslide than what Theresa May will do to Jeremy Corbyn in June Wolves by 18
  12. He is a brave boy if he rode with one of those. As a sufferer myself im amazed he could even be in a fit state to get his gear on.
  13. That's true Trees, they would just have to make do with pay days from Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and anywhere else they can hawk their services.
  14. Maybe give them pedals as well 😂 Track shape, shale, curator, speed, tyres, slick, grippy, jumping the start, Gear ratio, set ups, dialling iin. All reasons/excuses. Just ffs give us sumink decent to watch.
  15. Bugger, I've been sussed out.😀 Truth be told I wasn't that keen on the guy, as a person, however I could still appreciate the decent job he did. Allowing him to leave in that manner wasn't the greatest piece of man management. I guess someone was flexing their muscles that night. Still what goes around comes around,
  16. Never had a problem with the racing at Lynn when Huggy was in the job. Lay downs being used then and Stock Car racing shared the track. So Barrie's things down to either shake or the person doing the track. Or a combo of both.
  17. If people think Holder will be replaced then think on. There is no genuine no1's out there available. Maybe the Darcy accident has left its mark on Noddy. I guess time will tell when the GPs kick in. As for Lambert it's time he moved to that next level if he truly has ambitions on the Workd Stage. He should be knocking in in 13s plus at home and 10-12 s on the road. The one real bright spot so far has been Nik Porsigning. Who is not living up to that name. Belle Vue have built well with lots of improvement in that side which come the play-offs should be even more untouchable than now. Great to see the biggest name in Speedway returning to top of the heap after many lean years and all the troubles of last season. As for the Lynn track, time to move over Busty and get on your hands and knees and beg Huggy to come back and sort it for you,
  18. Think this could end up a comfy away win. Top 5 of Belle Vue all go well at Saddlebow. Aces by 8/10 for me.
  19. Thought the number 7 position was going to be shared or did I just imagine that ?
  20. Just hope Bailey just lose his confidence at this level. Will do well in National League but still finding his feet at Championship level. Will Premier level proof a step to far at this stage ?
  21. After Rye getting beat by Swindon the promotion could have looked at things as not wanting to get 2 home defeats on the spin, so set it up to make sure that didn't happen. No problem there. That's Speedway. In the ideal world all clubs would win at home. Plenty of positives for Lynn with the likes of Porsing and Rose which agures well for the rest of the season. On to the next
  22. As the saying goes.... You reap what you sew. Certainly applied for Poole last night. Wonder how many meets KK will miss this season and how many points it will cost them. Hopefully just enough.
  23. What average would a genuine no1 like Linus come in at ? Or is he already doing Poland and 2 others ? Shads, wasn't Garritys fall out with Uncle Lennie ?
