  1. KO Cup or League will still be hellva test for Lynn. Rory back to prove a point, hopefully Fast Freddie will be fit and in the form of his life. On the subject of the call off this week. Was There a Stock car meeting last weekend ?
  2. Never mind guys and gals there will be another meeting along next week so this weeks call off will be all but forgotten by then. People are always at their happiest when they have sumink to moan about. Next thing will be people will be moaning about a Hung parliament, that after voting for one.
  3. I thought the Food outlets were now franchised out to a 3rd party. Has the food offering improved this season ?
  4. Why don't you step back in JC and protect your inheritance ? A lot of people miss you around Saddlebow. You weren't everyone's cuppa tea, but many respected you for the decent job you did. Still on the plus side if Buster does mess it up with the Speedway there wont be so much tax to pay when you get your cut
  5. Lot of rain fell yesterday. Maybe it was just o a bog a job to pull it around. lets not forget the call off is costing Buster money, so he would just postpone it on a whim.
  6. Points that is a wonderful idea. Where would you like to start in the 60s ? As it was your suggestion I think it only fair that you should kick us off.
  7. Looking at the weather should be in for a 7.45 kick off, no sun delay looking likely at the moment. Does anyone know if it was Porsing's no1 bike that has been nicked ? In years gone by I always seem to recall riders would lend a team mate a bike if they were struggling. I seem to remember Dave Jessup always only use to bring one bike ( on the back of his car) to a meeting, and if something went a miss with that he was always hopping on Michael Lee's spare machine.
  8. Good call GRW.... A Night of Emmerdale and Corrie awaits. More questions..... Will Amos and Mr Wilks finally admit their feelings for one another ? Will Ena be seen in public without her hairnet?
  9. Cant see Bomber going through the card this time. Lynn somehow need to find a way to get Porsing going. Its all there in the locker, need a key to unlock it. Lambert will do his always steady job at Saddlebow, and should see off both Rye Reserves. Weather ? Star Lady is normally good at the Michael Fish bit
  10. That paid 10 is a little flattering. Should really have read a straight 8
  11. Porsing has it there in his locker. He seemed lack power in his opening 2 rides, but was much quicker in his final ride after being pulled out of his 3rd outing. Can see him down at Reserve very shortly. Should be a handy tool there. I just Hope Huckenbeck can do a job at 3/4
  12. It would have been interesting if Lambert had got the drop on Morris and/or Doyle from the gate. I don't think either would have got passed him. It was one of those nights when you needed to be either gate or be Jason Doyle. Rob Lambert certainly looked the fastest Lynn rider on show and gave it his all trying different lines. I don't quite get this 'He didn't win a race' I always thought a paid win was a win... He rode shotgun to Huckenbeck in one race.
  13. With Doyle and Morris bang in form Swindon are always going to be entertaining on the Road, but it's a mighty long tail they drag behind them. Doyle was different class and would have had 18 points, just one silly mistake when we'll clear. The way he went through Batch and just swatted him out of the way was impressive. Lambert kept him honest in one race. For Lynn Huckenbeck again looked top drawer, can only assume something gave on his bike in his final outing. Glad Porsing came back with a win in his last, after looking way down on power in his opening 2 rides. Holder looked strong in his opening 3 but sad to see so badly tailed off in 13
  14. Looks another fine day in Gotham City. 8.15 start tonight ? Got to be a home win...... 10/12 points for me. Can Lambert ( The Robert version ) or even Holder get one over Doyle ?
  15. Keep hearing about all his off track problems., do these things really effect a rider for the 60 seconds he throws his leg over a bike ?
  16. Should improve things in heat 2 at Saddlebow
  17. With Chris Holder it all seemed to come quite naturally for him from the get go, Now it seems he is having to work bloody hard at it. I feel he is getting there. The proof, for me, was the way he had a go at Harris. Ok Harris came out on top but Holder gave him a run for his money and didn't seem just content to take 2nd spot, which may have been the case a few meetings back.
  18. What's the likelihood of Huckenbeck and Porsing swapping places when the first set of averages come out ? The biggest bonus for me, with the team this season is Lewis Rose. Always been a fan of his and good to see him moving up to the next level in the sport.
  19. The team riding between Rose and Huckenbeck gto keep an ever pressing Robbo out was different class. been difficult to get a rizla between them most of the 4 laps lol
  20. Didn't think tonight's meeting was too bad. Harris was top notch from the gate or from the back. Great battle with Lambert throwing the kitchen sink at him but Bomber had all the answers. Good performance also from Robbo. Lynn just about shaded it but Rye were maybe worth a point.
  21. Least The Gooners squad will be fresh for the Prem League next season, with no exhausting trips into Europe to worry about on a Tuesday lol On the plus side you can watch Harry and Dele instead lol
  22. Reading On Chris Harris's website, it says his next meeting is at Kings Lynn On Wednesday night.
  23. Like to see Holder take a 12 point max, is Dolberg making his Stars debut ? lol.... That reminds me my sink needs cleaning.... lol
  24. You are too busy for the likes of me.....lol
