By calling this meeting off Buster has proven one thing, ( or maybe 3 things) that many already he know. In that he can do whatever he wants, to whomever he wants, whenever he wants. Its his track, his club (don't you Lynn fans start thinking otherwise) his business and now his Chairmanship that is running speedway in this Country. After last weeks debacle and now this weeks 'rain off' Just shows even further what a great job he is doing for Kings Lynn speedway and indeed Speedway in general. Instead of No brakes No gears No fear etc maybe the new slogan could be.... Speedway... Buster'sway or The Highway

Now I am depressed. After seeing Lynn torn apart by Poole last Thursday, now to see Swindon smash the once invincible Pirates around their own muck heap, has only worsened the mood. Looks Like Both Lynn and Poole are in big big trouble. The only consolation is that Lynn are use to be being the whipping boys of Speedway where as poole are use to be up there fighting for silverware and having the best riders |money can buy. Sad days for both Clubs.

Buster doesn't/cant work with anyone, does/can he ? I remember him saying how he had to step in and save the Club when the Waggy era went t1ts up. Well Buster it seems very much like its role reversal time and hopefully he will allow someone else to come in and try and rescue it and put it back on its feet.

The Chapman family also owned the local football club and were pulling in gates of 800 plus, in fact over 2,000 for one game. The Speedway was well run, like you say. In a Sport where a drugs Cheat gets his national Team through to a World Final, and they are allowed to compete in that Wold final, and you think they are going to bring a rule that will stop a rider from feigning injury. You have got to be having a Giraffe. Commercial world of Speedway wouldn't go with that.

Allitt was on his way to hospital, the night was in turmoil, I would expect the owner and main promoter to step up to the mark, when the thing was going badly ** up. He had plenty of bodes about who could have driven that little truck around the track. Caney was in the pits trying to find out what was going on and couldn't find Lyon, while Buster was tyre packing. it was left for Caney to offer and apology not for the events that had unfolded but for the lack of any information he could pass on. The guy was really hung out to dry. The Buck stops with Buster, not with Allitt who was on his way to hospital or Lyon ( who was employed by Buster).

The main person everyone wanted to hear from the other night was far to busy tyre packing the track with the little Truck, to have the time to speak en-mass to his loyal customer base. Surely Buster should have been in the front line of this mess not pee arsing about riding around in the presentation truck with all the chairs still on board. Professional sport ? You couldn't write it.

You are right Capone, its best to let riders crap all over your club and its fan base from a great height. Too Long now has the tail wagged the dog in Speedway. I was a big fan of Holder, and even his poor start to the season didn't put me off as I truly thought the guy would come good. What I don't get is Buster spoke of Riders ( plural), in is so called apology, yet only one rider has got a ban.

2 other riders in that race appeared to take far bigger hits than Bathelor, but they managed to get back on the Horse. Tell, come what may people will draw their own conclusions from our no1 getting changed, loading up and heading home while the meeting was still running, but bravely taking a guest booking for the next day.

Injured that badly that he got changed, load up and f***** off home, no thought of staying to support his team then ? Not a bit of it. Batchelor for Batchelor. , anyway he needed to get home to get his bikes ready to ride of Swindon 22 hours later. Miracle healing and all that. Then you had Holder who wouldn't come out as he didn't fancy the track ( I would wager he would have been out there if it was a Grand Prix), What I really don't understand is why someone like Buster is allowing the likes of these 2 Aussies to pee all over him ? Not many people get to do that to Buster. The place is a mess. It will be interesting to see if the fans show Buster by voting with their feet. I know a few who certainly wont be there. As for that half assed apology put out, which ever PR Company Buster is using he should sack them.

JC why not phone the old man and tell him he is making a total *^%$ up of it at Lynn and you will take it over and show him how it should be done. Oh no, as he has said if the fans don't come then there is no Kings Lynn Speedway, hardly thinly disguised that comment now is it. If Buster was to put on a show that people wanted to see then the fans would be there. Sadly it seems he is stuck very much in the past. So when Buster closes down Kings Lynn Speedway, make no mistake it will be the fault of the fans, and not where the real problem lies. Then again Buster cant be wrong, can he.
