Its a shame Folder wont be back in the Poole line-up as I am sure that he would get a big East Anglian welcome back to Saddlebow. With him not being able/bothered to ride at the moment it does strengthen the Pirates line-up, having Kilderman. A shoe-in for a good double figure score, while Folder would have been lucky to hit 7. The Poole team really has under achieved thus far, this season. I don't see them continuing to 'choke' for very long, well not until the Play-offs anyway. Gonna go for a narrow Lynn win by 4-6 points

Poole v Swindon SGB Prem A. 18th April 2018
semion replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
No need for Poole fans to panic or be looking for the head of Middlo. Just one of those freak results that happen from time to time. If The track has had all this work down on it then it would surely be a new experience for the Poole riders who would be more use to the rutted uneven surface of the last few years. Once Holder is back and replacing and improving on 14 point Kilderman than all will be well. -

19/04/18 - Premiership - Swindon v King’s Lynn
semion replied to ReadingRacer2017's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Gotcha, we were at cross purposes on that one. So As we cannot use a guest for Rose, I hope Buster/Dale/Robin will get a short term replacement in. After last nights start to the season lets keep the pot bubbling. A decent rider, but as important is to get the right character in. No more Folders or Brat's in. Let other's have the 'pleasure' of those types. -

Does it work like that Baggy, or does the guest just take the place and position of the man he is replacing ? -

Only Suggested Auty as there now seems to be a very strong tie up with Scunthorpe. Plus he was with us before. -

Scaphoid is an annoying bone to break. Can take a while to heal, though he maybe could be back being able to use it in a few weeks even when its not fully healed. Lewis Rose certainly does cop more than his fair share of injuries. Is it he is just unlucky or just accident prone ? -

Trouble with that Baggy is Anderson would then have to take his 4 programmed rides, then if something goes amiss with Kerr ( bike, fall, not his night) that spells trouble. Anyway tonight is the Bratch's first chance to show Buster what a great rider he is, since the infamous Injury, but I will be ok to guest the next night episode. Bless him -

When JC was in situ. Those meetings during summer hols never seemed to drag on, always something going on. Still light at 9.45 etc. Young Buster was onto something at Saddlebow, sadly he never got replaced and a lot of the fun element got drained out of the Club. Still new era starts tomorrow. Blank page and all that. Dilly Dilly Bud -

Get up for school in the morning Webbo? You have got a bloody good memory -
Its been a long wait, so hopefully a decent crowd will flock into Saddlebow Road and see all the changes that Robin Brundle and Buster have put in place. I really hope they have turned it around and people enjoy the whole experience ( win lose or draw).

Belle Vue V Poole SGB Prem. A. 16th April 2018

The main aim is for Poole to make those play-offs. That's where the worrying starts for Poole fans, with their history. -

In Poland the tail doesn't wag the dog, unlike in the UK where riders certainly take the pee. Only have to go back to the Holder/Batcholar situation at Kings Lynn v Poole meeting last season. Would those 2 Aussies have tried that on in Poland ? I think not. -

Keep the faith Poole fans, it is a long season and things will improve for you. -
In Business the thing that brings in you in the least amount profit is given the least amount of time and effort. Understandable I would suggest.

Seems a great idea. Can see the track going slick rather quickly though I think it should be open not only to home riders, but to the away riders as well, all except when Poole are visiting... -

If the new 'anthem' is to be played at Saddlebow, Buster could make a good few quid in selling air plugs It reminds me of Madam Edith in Allo Allo....lol -

I think more will depend Baggy, on how the 'engine room' of the Kings Lynn fires, or otherwise. Worrall for sure will be a big miss, but I see it will be more about TJ and TP that will determine the result. -
I think there is too much being read into last nights match up. Poole will improve once their new riders get use to the track, as long as Ford can keep it consistent. So no need for Poole fans to feel down about last night narrow victory over a very weakened Aces line-up. Holder is Back banging in those 5/6s things will turn around. Pirates fans keep the faith. It’s a long season

Maybe Buster realises he has mugged the punters off once to often with his 'Its Defo on' claim, only for the poor sods to turn up and watch him blade off X tonnes of slope from the track and people standing about watching while drinking and eating his over priced food.
