On the subject of food I went to an Eagles concert at Wembley (Sunday). Food available, Hot Dogs £6.40. I really fancied the venison burger. £12 each, I said to the lady serving ‘ That’s Deer’ !! -

Didn’t Pete Adams say it would be time for him to call it a day ( or words to that affect ) if Wolves didn’t make the play-offs ? Is he known as a man of his word ? -
Great guy is Parks. Time for everyone. Speedy and full recovery

When you played Football Webbo, did they move the goalposts for you ?

Lee made his debut against Leicester then rode for the rest of the season, so who did he replace ? Also didn’t The Magdalen Maestro come in that season as well ? Will check the record book when I’m back home. I also seem to recall on another occasion Carl Glover came in late one season to replace, was it Paul Tyler for the K.O. Cup final ?

I seem to recall back in the day Lynn got rid of Gary Middleton, Oily Nygren and Trevor Hedge in one season. Think it was the same season that Micheal Lee made his debut when doubling with Boston.

Webbo does enhance my Sunday mornings with his postings. What I struggle to understand is why he spends his hard earned on going to Speedway. Is the guy some kind of masochist ? -
Should we scrap Team Speedway?

So the tracks open for how many meetings a season ? 4 times, one for each ‘League’ ? -
Proctor notched just 3 points for Sheffield last night at Scunthorpe. Don’t see where it’s going for him these days. Ryan Douglas notched 8 from 3 completed rides in the same meeting.

Peterborough have the Numro Uno track in the Country and had a comfy win tonight. You compare that to Monday night at Lynn then ask yourselves where is Buster putting the effort in ? -

Sell it to someone who can produce an A1 race track and can put together a team that can win at home. Oops he already owns it -

Buster sorted the track for his old mate Toy. Few helpings of humble pie being scoffed tonight after Wells won Panthers the meeting. -

Both Norwich and Kings Lynn FC’s won promotion last season. Morrison’s in Norwich and Lynn ran out of Durglit. In fact Lynn and Ipswich are only now 3 levels apart. -

We have a bit more dignity this side of the border. In Norfolk we are use to success. For example like Premiership Football. Was good to see Agent Lambert took Webuyanycar.com down to the 3rd tier of English Football. -

Have you checked out Buster’s prices ? -
Riders must be desperate for a pay day to have ridden that track last night. Why on earth didn’t Ford (s) have the good grace and decency to call off meetings until the complete track relay is carried out ? Last night was dangerous for the riders a con for the spectators and damaging to the Sport of Speedway. Then again could it be more damaged than it already is. Matt Ford, hang your head in shame.

And at Kings Lynn the beneficiary is of course Buster. Other tracks don’t in main, have that source of income. When you have a captive audience you want them as long as possible.
