It might be in your house.

A little club in terms of Silver ware and success. No match for The Belle Vues and all conquering Pirates. It's sometime nice to be invited to dine at the big table.
-
Think Lynn will just about steal this one. 4 point Lynn victory. Not sure if Lambert Kerr or Rose have ever ridden there.
-
Baggy I saw a bit of Rose last season and there looked a huge amount of improvement in him. So this season Kings Lynn appear to have the drop on other clubs. Next season who knows which club will benefit the most. I am amazed that fans of other clubs should be p'eed off that a little Club like Lynn have a chance of mixing it with the big boys, for once. Lynn have had a lot of poor seasons in their history, but are still alive and kicking. If we were lucky enough to win the thing this season we as fans will enjoy the experience, if we don't then so be it we will be back again next Year.

No point in signing riders as assets and then not being able to pay them.
-
Have agree with Ouch there wasn't to much out wide for anyone tonight. Most races were done and dusted after 2 bends
-
Zager, Cook, Worrall, Nicholls and Palm Toft all had their moments tonight, but Belle Vue came unstuck at Reserve where they were outgunned paid 17 from Lynn with just paid 3 from The Aces. Could have been worse with Kerr falling when in front.
-
Will teams With quality Reserves be that keen to let their riders guest for other teams ? It's not like you can go out a pick a replacement off a tree if your rider is injured while guesting. It's rather a unique situation.

Scunthorpe V Cradley (national League) 13th April 2014
semion replied to Ommer Mon's topic in National League Speedway
I guess when Scunny are putting their team together they have to ask themselves are they better to go with a young 3 pointer who may improve given time, encouragment and track time, or do they go for a 6 pointer who has been around and is only likely to hit that 6 point average at best ? No brainer for a track like Scunny. Ok, That comes at a price. If the other clubs dont want the likes of Scunny in the League then they could discourage them by laying down a min points limit. Did Scunny enter the league get the green light by declaring that they were going to run with a team full of raw talent, or did they mislead the rest of the League ? -

As the saying goes its not where you start its where you finish. Lets wait and see how this squad develops. I seem to recall Scunny had a 2 year plan with the last lot. Year one no great shakes, year 2 was somethign else. cannot remember who was in the side, But i am thinking Birks and the 2 Worrells were part of it. Not bad a trio are they ? You only have to look what they Richie is doing for Ippo and Belle Vue and Steve is doing for Cradley and Edinburgh. Looks like other teams are also reaping the benefit of Scunny's development programme. Yet people want to come on here and knock it. Amazing. -
The only thing that Surprise me is he hadnt included Hans Christian Anderson or Crispy Bacon. Its time the mods Foxtroted Oscared him away

Halifax to quote you, that is nonsense....Actually no its not its just a different opinion to the one that you hold. Or maybe you think people do not have the right to post on here something that doesnt fit in with your thoughts ? Just a question you understand. If we take Scunny as an example. How many riders have they produced for the general good of British Speedway. Woofy, Birks, Worrells x 2 to name just a few. Lynn have also produced the 3 in their current line-up which will hopefully be for the great good of British Speedway. -
I think Zager, Cook, Nicholls, Worrall will hit 30/35 between them. The others should chip in with a few.

It certainly looks a Saddlebow Sunshine Speedway day.
-
Here's hoping the injury is nowhere near as bad as first being reported. Good Luck to the lad, and wish him a speedy recovery.

I wonder what changed between the start of the season and Now ?

Wolves Vs Kings Lynn 14/4/2014
semion replied to superguest's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Win as a team, Lose as team.....No "I" in Team dah dah dah etc etc etc. The one thing about the current Lynn team, there is no pressure on any individual. Everyone will have their off nights at some point during the season. I am quite happy looking at the bigger picture. Whether Lynn make the play-offs or not I think with the youngstes we have onboard it will be an entertainning season. -

If the meeting had been at Saddlebow then everyone would have been related to the ref. -
Lewis Kerr and Lynns 2 big Guns should have a field day. Be interesting to see how Lambert performs this week after 2 encouraging away performances, over the past few days. Nice evening, Plenty of Dirt down, Good Crowd in, again. Has all the makings of a good un.
-
C'mon where are you ? Lets be havin you. Both teams at full strength and on the back of decent performances on Monday. Lynn by 12 for me.
