With Pooles poor result v Brum and Kings Lynn's narrow win over Leicester it just goes to show the top 2 are not the foregone conclusion many may have thought. It all looks very much game on. Has to be good news all round

Looks as though you boys have rattled the cage of Shovlar... As Corp Jones may have said "He dont like it up him" Just looks like the boy can dish it out, but tends to struggle taking it.

Im sure once Eddie moves into Wimborne Road he will soon have the track sorted.

King's Lynn Stars V Leicester Lions 30/04/14
semion replied to Bagpuss's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Looks another fine morning here in Gotham City. After watching Lewis Rose in action last night Its amazing how quickly he is improving only a few short weeks into the new Season. As for the other half of Team Lewis, lets hope he has got his machinery sorted out after having 4 ( yes 4) Engine failures last night. I wonder how many rides Lambert will need to get going tonight ? Maybe for a change he can get of the start line at the same time as everyone else. Once he does get his trapping sorted what a machine this boy is gonna be. The potential this Lynn team is really sumink else. -

Just shows if the track is right it doesn't matter what League Sky show. People talk about National League wobblers in the Elite. Think Blackbird, Greenwood, Jacobs and Rose have put that myth to bed. -

Birmingham to need snookers by heat 10. I'm not buying into this Ford will try and pull a fast one during the season. Let's give him a chance and hope he plays it with a straight bat this season.

Belle Vue Aces Vs Poole Pirates 28/04/2014

I read that Ward might be missing for another month, despite riding in Poland and the GP. So will that give Holder another month to reduce his average ready to replace another team member when the time is right. I smell something fishy, and Im not talking about the contents of Baldricks apple Pie. http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/11175421.Poole_Pirates__Ford_reveals_injured_Ward_could_miss_more_than_a_month/ -

I was shocked to see a rider of Holders caliber could be as poor as that on any track. Midldlo did Belle Vue a massive favour -

Wow I bet Middlo can't wait to get his boy wonder back. With Ward there Poole would have nicked it. -
