I see no reason why Poole cant use Kutz or even ship Jack Holder to ride at reserve. The League is all theirs anyway. So what difference does it make how many points they win it by. Poole are to British Speedway what Bayern are to the Bundesliga.

If Holder cant do it, Im sure Matt can Pull On his old mate Hancock to step in, as last year. All these top riders are just sitting in the wings kissing the badge in the hope of the phone call coming in from Matt. -

This is a result that will send fear and shock waves into every Elite League Club. What on earth will this Poole team be like when they all hit their straps. Carnage. It's all over bar the shouting. -

Did the Newcastle fans walk out before heat 12 ? -
If only we could have a team full of Jepsen Jensens. Buster has plenty of time to digest the situation before out next meeting. I am sure we will come up with the right answer/s

I think that until this new concept firmly takes hold you are going to have to accept that there will riders used in the draft who are are simply there to make the numbers up. The system in the short term is not going to work for all Clubs. I think it is important that ALL Clubs in the National League are given the support and help of clubs from the Elite League.

Matt Ford is now investing in the future with his tie up at Scunny. It might be a more long term, but with their record of producing riders at Scunny, its a wise move.

It would mean you would have to get ya steel shoe on shovvy and shows people ya moves. lol

I hope Kenny gets the time to heal fully. I seem to remember he struggled in the early part of last season when he came back from injury. We need a fully fit Bjerre back. Rob, Im sure will be cute enough to get R/R in on a Horse for course basis. Cant see Buster going for a short term replacement. Poole had the advantage with Holder that he was in this Country, but I thought I read somewhere the equipment he has in the UK, isnt all that. Is Tom P still living in the Lynn area ? if so if it fits with his calender then Nicki P might be able to fit us in.

Can't see Buster going to the expense of setting up another rider in the UK for a few short weeks. Also can't see the need to fly riders when the likes of Nicholls, Batch, Harris, Watt are UK based. -

I hope we go with a guest and don't try and cover it with R/R -
Unfair to lay any of the blame at Malcs feet. He is just the hired help who gets to come on here and take the flak
-
Looks Like Buster will have to go after Nicki P then, or Hancock

Does anyone know where the first set of unofficial averages for the new draft riders can be found ?
-
Is Ward likely to be back to replace Holder anytime soon ? Was Thinking Holder could come in and do a short term replacement job at Lynn for Bjerre.

FFS I hate to say it....But Shovvy I agree with you !!! ( Dark room and sofa needed) The New draft has already thrown up a few surprises. Greenwood Looked good the other night. Rose, Jacobs, Morris, Blackbird and a few others I am sure can be thrown into the mix. Ok it wont work for all, but as long as we get some kind of production line going it has to be a win win situation. There of course a few teething troubles that need sorting, going forward, but then again did anyone really think there wouldnt be ? For me, its a massive step in the right direction, and deserves all the support the fans can give it. -

They may well end up as the top 2. What I said was its maybe not as cut and dried as some may think. Lynn have now been tested at home by lakeside, Belle Vue and now Leicester. Poole have had a point taken off them at home by a struggling Birmingham side.

It would seem In Elite league speedway you cant have it both ways. Lynn have limited rider assets but pay their riders on time. Swindon have a good asset base but last season couldnt meet debts owned to the riders. Which way does a Promoter go ? Anyway this whole idea of Clubs owing riders is totally different debate. One day it will get challenged and that will be the end of it. -

Kenny B is going to be a big miss for a few weeks. Is it R/R or can we bring in guests ? If it is the latter, Watt, Mads and Nicholls would seem the likely ones to get the nod. It would seem the 2nd strings were the ones down on scoring power, but with the all round strength of the team this was covered by Team Lewis. Its a team Sport, and at the end of the day the 7 riders came through with the result. No the scoreline wasnt as big as many would have predicted but you still only get 3 points for it if you win by 10 or win by 30. -
Sign Of quaility team. Even when not at their best they still pull the thing round and get a victory. As for the state of the track I wonder if the Poole fans will be so forgiving if they lose a rider or 2 during the season because of the track. I cannot believe that the Promotion/fans can be so blase about the state of the track. Is it an accident waiting to happen ?
