Is Birmingham Speedway owned by a Limited Company ? I also wonder if Alan Phillips or whoever took the lease out had to give any kind of personal gurantees to the Landlord with regard to the rent. If it was Tony Mole was ths passed on the Alan Phillips when he took over Birmingham Speedway, Again did Mr Phillips set up a serperate company to run the Speedway. When there is a sniff of a company in trouble the wolfs will be banging at the door.

Swindon Robins Vs Kings Lynn Stars (thurs 3rd July)

I would hope Lambert should enjoy the wide open spaces of the Abbey. Having said that he has started to find his gating feet, so might not have to earn the points he scores, the hard way. -

Why should the blame be laid at the door of the GRA ? They had an agreement in place over rent, which we can assume the parties involved were happy to sign. If a tenant owed you money, then I why would you allow the debt to mount up without taking any action. I am sure The GRA have staff and overheads to pay.

Kings Lynn Stars V Eastbourne Eagles Thurs 26/6

From time of arrival....7.15/7.30.. to getting in the car should not be over 2 hours I agree. It is always interesting to see how quickly a ref moves a meeting on when there is the threat of rain. Who has overall control of a meeting is it actually the ref or is it the home promoter ? -

No Must about it Know what you mean, I like meeting up with the crew and having a giggle for for a couple of hours, would be crazy to arrive at 7.30 and on the way home by 8.30 -
How old is he, 16 years and how many days ? As for comparing The Top League today to the one Lee scored his maximum, its a totally diffetent World. Still a great acheivement by Young Lambert.

Its a funny old World. Birmingham and Kings Lynn both took the leap together from Premier to Elite League. One appears to have made it stick the other struggles. I guess Lynn have the massive advantage of owning their own site. Its amazing how a tiny little backwater club Like Kings Lynn can make it pay, but the 2nd biggest City cant. Wishing the Brummies all the luck in surving this.

Cos there is. All I am saying is the A47 is gonna be a busy late afternoon/early evening. Plus with the roadworks ongoing around the Saddlebow area people should give themselves extra time to get there, even if, as you suggest, they take alternative routes, which again will take longer. -

Does it also appearances in the main body of the team ? For example if Blackbird replaced Porsing. I think Neil Watson confirmed Blackbird had already done this for Cov -

I do wonder if Lynn would have used Blackbird in this one, had he been available. I think over a season there is a limit ( 3 ?) to the number of times you can use the same rider. Maybe Lynn would like to keep their power dry with Blackbird, Just in case Kerr has any further time out. Wiht the amount of rides some of these riders are taking on it, it has to be a little bit tactical and best to view the bigger picture. -
This system is flawed when Lynn have Kerr missing (current Number one FDR), and we have Simon Lambert in his place for Thursday night. It swings both ways.

Taken from todays EDP... Gavin Caneys half term report, seems to have it pretty much spot on. http://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/kings-lynn-stars/graphic_half_term_report_on_elite_league_leading_king_s_lynn_stars_1_3654372
