Why would Rory want to ride Premier League when he is getting so many Guest bookings in The Elite at what I would suggest will be much higher pay rate ?

It certainly is a " different" track to the norm. The racing wasnt great but found the whole meeting quite entertaining. Norrie is a Star, lets have more of him. Loved the guys honesty about moaning riders. I guess he was spoilt with Loram. As for the amount of crashes, it seemed like every other race, and yet the riders kept bouncing back up. Felt sorry for the likes of Mads and Buzz, true racers, and when they missed the gate despite all their efforts they struggled to get anywhere.

Its a shame the auction for the tops couldnt take place during the interval of the meeting. A lot people like to make quick exits as soon as the meeting is over. I think the Football team at Lynn do this every season, even sticking some of the shirts on ebay afterwards. Maybe One or 2 could be auctioned on this forum. Might give some of the wealthy posters on here a chance, and raise a few quid more.

Maybe the Sky Monies are dripped fed to the Clubs to stop Promotuions going gung ho and throwing a load of dosh at a team, only to run out of cash half through the season.

Thanks for that, I cant really see which one you are suggesting the BSPA should use to invest their Sky Monies in though. Ice creams look good.

There you go again, Believing what people tell you in Speedway. Just because they say it, it doesnt always make it the truth. I somehow cannot see Buster saying to Kerr/Rose off you pop to Newcastle, we dont need you this week. Is it also not open to abuse, with Teams being able to bring in a carefully selected guest ?

Where did i say that ? I must have missed that part. When it comes to sell a Speedway concern it seems to be people from outside the sport who are there to snaop his hands off. Could it be suggested that is because people within the Sport know the true value ?

Another Fixture with half ( well 3 riders ) a team missing. Is this really the future of Elite League Speedway ?

If there are 2 less teams at the start of next season then they could have the play-offs with all 8 teams in it. Run the whole season (28 league meetings per team) then the team that ends up 1st plays-off v the 8th placed team... 2nd v 7th etc. Then in the Semi's the winners of 1v8 meets the winners of 4v5 etc... Who could see the Clowns in Speedway actually going for that,
