Well that was certainly the allegation of Messrs Sandhu and Frost back in 2010.
But for the most part I'd say that the BSPL are too incompetent to organise a decent conspiracy.
Because teams consist of 7 riders
A number 8 is only used when rider replacement is operated, and then it is optional.
So if Sheffield are allowed r/r for Musialak then they can name a no8.
Are now on BSPL website
Some points of interest.
Adam Ellis is not in Brummies named 7, but Ben Morley is
Plymouth have no team at all
Newcastle are nearly 3 points below limit with Complin reassessed at 4.00
Paco Castagna, Kyle Newman and James Shanes are heat leaders
Chris Allen is Berwick new no 1 - an unexpected signing
But both sets of fixtures are already published. There are currently 7 clashes, more if Birmingham have any rain-offs.
Incidentally if there are no rain-offs the Brummie's season appears to end in July!!
I expect his Danish league appearances from last season (for Fjelsted) will be ignored as they were Div 2 (similar level to NDL), so 4.00 would be my expectation.
Swedes are looking very short of top names with Lindback out and Ljung on the decline. Pontus Aspgren is clearly no 2 in current Swedish rankings, after that you've got riders like Nilsson, Thorssell, Berntzon who've been around for many years.
A lot is resting on Philip Hellstrom-Bangs for Sweden's GP future.
