  1. I assume because it's a challenge match 10.5(h) doesn't apply. [That's the automatic 7 day ban following a meeting missed through illness.]
  2. There were at least two riding regularly in the Danish lower leagues last year
  3. He still rides regularly in first division at Costa Mesa. Last Saturday: https://www.speedwaybikes.com/res2023_w/CostaMesa-20230429.htm
  4. And what are the alternatives to paying on the gate? I see no details of advance tiocket purchase on the Worky site.
  5. Irrelevant. For example a 8.40 rider can replace an 8.00 rider at home but he still, and always has, assumes the replaced riders average. 75% merely refers to the quality of the guest that can be used. So if Sedgmen were to be injured in his second ride Wolves could use Douglas and St Worrall as IRR for the last two programmed rides. Whoops, have I found another loophole?
  6. Sedgmen's average is below 5.33 (75% of Becker's) so should be OK.
  7. Zach at Leicester: http://www.gbspeedway.com/2023/ridervstrack.php?mc1=s&mc2=rv&mc3=x&mc4=x&name=Zach Cook&track=Leicester
  8. Isn't it 5? (cf Jordan Jenkins 4.72 for Cheetahs). Also isn't it signing rather than riding, so if Jordan's average increases he won't be forced to stop riding for the Chargers.
  9. 360 yards (~324 metres) for all six seasons.
  10. Is this the same Nathan Ablitt who didn't make it to Armadale with the Colts last season or Mildenhall last month?
  11. Those are pathetically small amounts of rain. No yellow/ red patches at all. Quite large gaps between showers. Probably less than 10% of the rain that fell on Gorican last week, or Oxford v Poole last month. Both of which proceded without incident. If those spots are sufficient for a call off then no track is going to complete the season.
  12. But Buster says there's a dent in the crown so it may have to be postponed to an even later date.
  13. Don't think Greg's on the table (he's pro Putin), but maybe Vadim (Tarasenko) or Paul?
  14. Compared with the previous week it was pretty dull, but there were a couple of good races As meetings go, nothing special, but I've seen plenty worse.
  15. Note the use of quotation marks in that tweet
  16. Darkin's been riding regularly. Bondy came out of retirement for 2020, but only rode one or two meetings last year.
  17. Or maybe it's just Bondarenko coming out of retirement?
  18. Unlikely. Howarth's average is above Rew's. Think r/r and Howarth guesting for Riss per the preview is most likely.
  19. But who would you have instead of Dan? We know how Anders Rowe loves Leicester, and there is probably a reason why nobody has been trampled in the rush to sign Drew Kemp. Flint and Jenkins were always likely to stay with their current clubs, so that only leaves Dan Gilkes who would have been a risk coming back from injury or Edwards who is averaging less than Dan. I also think Nick Morris has been OK.
  20. Think Danny King is doing his job. He currently has the second highest 2023 average of any English man (behind Steve Worrall, but ahead of Dan Bewley).
  21. On today's performance an excellent call.
  22. Couldn't they just do it with a bit of subterfuge. Have Dan turn up instead of Joe - who would notice?
