  1. Entertaining meeting, must admit I would have called ht 13 back too. Sad to think only one or two more trips to Monmore before it has gone (I know the stadium will still be there)
  2. I'd argue that's been the natural state for the best part of 15-20 years, with Robert Lambert and Dan Bewley in quick succession being the exceptions that have helped mask our decline. Between 2010 and 2015 the top Brit in the World under 21 was Stefan Nielsen - 12th in 2015. Yes to test matches, if only they were logistically and financially possible.
  3. If any country is getting TWO wildcards it would be Czechia.
  4. I think I'm reprogramming satnav for Monmore Green tomorrow

  6. The regulation does not mention attached or unattached. It refers to 'not in a declared team'. => Harrison is eligible as Dugard is currently in the named seven at his expense.
  7. 36 races in 3 hours 10 minutes. Warriors 32 (Morley 12, Butcher 9) Cradley 28 (Bowtell 10, Spencer 8) Sittingbourne 22 (T Woolley 9, McGuiness 7) Plymouth 14 (L Harris 7)
  8. 21st is a blank week. However Poole are currently listed as visiting Oxford.
  9. Funnily enough it was 5.00 (although his all match average was about 5.7 thanks to big scores in end of season play-offfs) http://www.gbspeedway.com/2016/ridercareer.php?mc1=s&mc2=rc&mc3=x&mc4=x&name=Benjamin Basso
  10. Gusts 3rd Ratajczak 4th Pollestad 5th. Pludra fell and was excluded in the final run off.
  11. He definitely came 7th after coming 5th in the 5 man 4 heat mini tournament for the last two places
  12. Anders came 7th and did not qualify
  13. Klima Rowe, and Parnitsky would be my choices for wild cards
  14. In the Premiership Ritchie Worrall is currently averaging over six. His best season since 2017, yet he's still getting flack. If anyone is entitled to be disappointed by his current form it's Plymouth fans.
  15. But they arrived in Plymouth with their 2022 GSAs established with ... Leicester.
  16. If a site is found that is not in council ownership the only role that the council has is in granting planning permission. That permission will not be a judgement on the wisdom of the venture in the current economic climate.
  17. His defence involved over the counter painkillers. Given the relative shortness of his ban I would infer that it was accepted at the SCB hearing. (As reported here: http://www.scbgb.co.uk/news.php?extend.128 )
  18. And add in guest replacements and it's 5.04 from number 1 position.
  19. Whatever you think of the specific comments it is an excellent blog https://www.berwickspeedway.com/category/dirt/
  20. Up there with 'Name a bird with a long neck'. Flamingo. No. Stork. No. Naomi Campbell. Yes! And the Cherry pickers on U Chall
