NDLRC LINE-UP ANNOUNCED SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2023 THE list of competing riders for the National Development Riders’ Championship at Workington has been announced. The meeting takes place on Sunday September 24 and all eight NDL clubs will be represented by two riders. I think it depends on what you mean by 'false'. Realistically Tarasenko was squeezed between Brady Kurtz and Tobi Musialak in the 2021 Polish averages (he didn't ride in 2022 due to still being Russian). That would make 7.00 an appropriate Premiership assessment and with a realistic conversion factor of 1.3 (as opposed to the absurd 1.5) he would be on 9.00 in the Championship. That would be a fair assessment. So to the extent 5 is less than 9 (it is, I've checked) it is a false average. Is 5.00 correct within the rules? Yes, and is therefore a true assessment and not a false one.
