I've never met an otter with pockets, just how wet do they get? -
Very much a positive development

Go on .. do it ... ...I just want to see who's head explodes first at the suggestion he retain his 6.50 average

Boughen Harrison Sam McGurk Hodder Perry James Freeman and?? (Note I'm assuming that Trigger and Hagon are not eligible as have averages above 2. And Killeen would be at Oxford with Boughen.Marson and Congreve might squeeze in as 'British')

Presumably without TV involvement they would not have called it off before lunchtime today, and looking at the current forecast (approx 3 hours light intermittent rain this afternoon, but dry later) would have decided to give it a go. -
That was 2014/15 to accommodate the 'Elite League Draft' , basically a previous iteration of 'Rising Stars'

Bartosz and Freddie 18 semis - 16 finals reached Dan and Robert - 15 semis - 4 finals That's where it is won and lost.

But it won't happen without some sort of limit on heatleader strength. History shows that it is almost always the 5 point riders who get dropped for even weaker 2.00 reserves.

Schroedinger's Poles Polish enough to be riding in Ekstraliga as Polish citizens on Polish passports with Polish licences, but not Polish enough for FIM competition. -
There is no long term lease - Some time in the 90s Bill Dore surrendered it to the council and it was extinguished (or he failed to comply with it, and the council revoked it - take your pick). Speedway occupied the site under a series of short (7 year?) leases, the last of which expired in 2008. Option on the new site expired and speedway ceased to be part of council's plans for redeveloping the area. The land was there, the money wasn't.

All I've seen is a reversion to Poles only at reserve. Where have you seen it suggested that all foreigners will be ditched?

Seems very unfair on Buster to expect him to foot the bill for restructuring the Peterborough team (Harris, Tarasenko and Laguta) while denying the opportunity to recoup those costs. Seems some people only want promoters to run loss making meetings, a guaranteed recipe for the sport's demise. I hope that next Saturday is: 1) profitable for Buster 2) a suitably fitting emotional event befitting the ocassion; and 3) not the last we see of speedway in Peterborough

4 times: Wolves twice, KL and Sheffield -
When was the last time the title went down to the final race?
-
And that guarantees Lambert's top 6 place which means Kvech is definitely in next year's GP

I don't understand exactly what more you want the council to do?
-
Two words: Gaming International
-
The council provided land and granted planning permission - realistically what more could they have done?
-
45 included bonus points, the current limit excludes them.
-
Add Ben Cook and Steve Worrall
-
That's encouraging
