this result should have taken over 9 heats @ ipswitch. and 9 heats @ workingon. the result would have been in workingtons favor. now tell me how the hell we got an ipwitch win. no wonder speedway is in such a mess

every speedway fan in workington... get down to derwent park either 10am thurs. and definatly on saturday to support keith and our team. This year as been difficult for the management the fans and the riders. rain offs. injuries. have all taken there toll. the fans often feel let down by the lack of riders wanting . and not wanting to ride for us . for what ever the reasons, keith and jacko have tried hard to fill the gaps, but we all want to see a seven man team. i hear keith as banned people from the stadium. and fans are not happy about it. To be fair to him i have read some statements made at the management on the internet and i wouldnt like to be addressed to like that by anyone . keith is the owner of workington comets. speedway. and he also is one of us a big speedwy fan. He deserves a lot of praise for the effort . money. and time ,he and his team put into it. He has put to gether in my opinion proberly the finest comets one to seven we could all have wished for. Yes things have gone wrong. but he has tried hard to sort it. so now its our time to sort it out for him and get down to derwent park and get behind him and the team. and show him there is a big future in workington for the comets. ashman.

i think whats wrong here is the referees are not consistant. in the elite league with the same aid of the camera, its most likely gollop would have been thrown out of the meeting . but in the gps anything goes. i have and most of you have seen niki pederson. jason crump at cardiff. thrown out of meetings for just the slightest touch of a leg on an opposing rider.for me the rule is simple to understand. contact and you should be out.

simple really. we are not a top speedway nation. nicolls will never ever win a grand prix. equipment is always poor on power and he cant gate. harris again no power but can win races. simon stead never ever going to get anybetter , should come back to the premier league. lee richardson same as nicolls. oliver allen could move on and get alot better. the sooner we stat putting the young boys in the sooner we will get better, one things for sure they cant do any worse than last night. proberly the likes of gary haverlock . and stonehewer would have done better than that. anyway now ive got that off me chest am off to work.

dont think you will have much problems getting a hotel. however cheap flights are hard to come by unless your flying into a n other airport. and making your way to the gp

i think its a one horse race crumpy will be chasing nicky all year the little guy is head and shoulders above the rest.

iam going . could be the lack of hotels near by that the problem, if rumours are true

heres my plan. 1.heat leaders to race against each other only. 2.reserves to race against each other only. 3.heat 15. top two scorers from reserves and heat leaders take the spoils. 4.and no tacticals allowed might be good. dont ask me how i can make this plan work. its only my view to spice the racing up a bit and make sure the reserves do get all there rides. if a number 8 is required by both teams so be it. now iam goner duck for cover while the bulletts fly.
