  1. Next Wednesday the Pirates are in action against the Aces in what will be another tough meeting for Poole. This season has so far not been great with riders underperforming and the track changing from week to week. Changes are needed to try and kick start the season and get us off the bottom of the table. Thoughts?
  2. I went to the meeting and although we lost it was a good meeting. Listen stop being an irritating troll with your pathetic cheats post it's not necessary. Grow up.
  3. Monday brings the second trip of the season to the National-Stadium for the Pirates. With the Pirates massively underperforming away this season this has a big home win written all over it. Brady Kurtz and Josh Grajczonek are both struggling for points at the moment and the team is very weak. Kacper Woryna's form at reserve though is a small crumb of comfort and Richie Worrall and also Linus Sundstrom are going well. Looking to make the trip up on Monday bringing Steve Shovlar along with a stop off in Liverpool to the Beatles Muesum. Thoughts?
  4. Next Wednesday brings the first visit of the season of the Kings-Lynn Stars to Wimborne Road. This will a tough test for the Pirates with the inform Robert Lambert and ex Pirate Lewis Kerr in the team along with Michael-Palm-Toft who has had good meetings at Poole. Also Nki,Tomas Jorgensen and Ty Proctor have experience of the track only Kasper Anderson has not ridden at Poole. My concern is the lack of any home track advantage at Wimborne Road and with the fiasco last week what will the circuit be like and will we have a different line up? Thoughts?
  5. Your posts are neither funny or clever. Stop being a moron with idiotic posts about Coventry on a Poole thread. Pathetic.
  6. You really are a pathetic troll. Please do us a favour and stay off the forum as you have nothing intelligent to say.
  7. We'll put Steve. The Pirates are massive underdogs against a Swindon team with a strong spearhead in Doyle and Morris plus also Musielak.Win or lose let's hope we can put in a strong performance.
  8. Your dislike fot Poole is obvious but that's you perogative.I have'nt slagged off my team and for the individuals that have then that's thier problem.
  9. How about you disappear of the forum if you are going to post crap.By the way Trackrat which club do you support? whoever it is you support they can do without so called fans like yourself
  10. Last fixture of the season for the Pirates at the Oak tree Arena tonight where Poole need a result to claim 4th spot for the playoffs. The Rebels will want to finish thier first season in the Premiership with a win. Poole will be without both Jack Holder and James Shanes. Georgie Wood guesting for Shanes and r/r for Holder. Thoughts?
  11. A change of race night for the Pirates as we take on the Lions and see the return of Kyle Newman. We need to try and build on Wednesday's win against Wolves although we nearly threw it away. Leicester have had thier fair share of injuries but have put in some Decent performances lately. I will tempt fate and go for a Poole win. Thoughts?
  12. Keep you off the forum sounds better to me The Pirates having had the worst results at home for 35 years need to find some home form because it seems that it's an away track every week. Wolves have not got a great track record at Wimborne Road but they won't get a better opportunity for a result but their problem is at reserve.
  13. Can't see a thread started for this meeting so here goes. Looking forward to visiting Brought Park on Sunday although it appears that Jack Holder will be missing for the Panthers. Will be staying in Berwick for 2 nights taking in the Panthers meetings at Armadale and Shielfield Park. Always enjoy my visits to Newcastle and South Shields although I have not been for a while being based on the South coast. Back to the meeting hope for an entertaining encounter and would expect a Diamonds victory.
  14. How have you whopped us time and again?Did you whop us last season the answer is no. When you choke in the playoffs perhaps all the Swindon gloaters will disappear from the forum. Hears hopping anyway. Regarding our win at all costs as you put, prior to 2003 we won nothing except the Craven shield and before that The British League in the 94.
  15. Swindon fans causing mischeif just enjoy the season and your current fantastic form.Remember though what goes around comes around and if you choke in the playoffs expect lots of gloating from the Poole fans.
  16. Looking forward to tonights meeting, with Somerset winning last night now is the time for Poole to rediscover some home form. With Kasprzak at reserve and track experts in Bomber and Nicholls for Rye-House it will be tough. We need to pick up 3 points tonight and keep our season alive.
  17. Coming up for the weekend to take in the Panthers 3 meetings. Will be based in Berwick so any updates on Friday as there is rain forecast all day as to whether the meeting goes ahead or not would be appreciated.
  18. Weather permitting Wednesday see the Aces arrive at Wimborne Road for thier second visit after winning the A-fixture back in June. The Pirates will still be without Brady-kurtz I believe, whilst the Aces will be missing Craig-Cook. Poole are on a dismal run of results and have not lost as many home meetings in a season for 35 years. The whole team need to stand up and be counted if we are to have any chance of beating Belle-Vue. Thoughts?
  19. Firstly,Coventry won't be back,Leicester won't be competitive with thier current team and your view that it would be a blessing on the sport for Poole not to be in the playoffs is pathetic.Obviously you don't like Poole as previous posts by you shows your contempt. I and many others except we are poor this year and don't have a problem if we don't qualify. Dumbing down the league every season has caused this situation and Poland not allowing riders to come over plus a lower points limit has caused a drop in attendances. Conference league clubs can't afford to move up otherwise Birmingham and Eastbourne would be at a higher level.
  20. Weather permitting the Pirates take on the Rebels this coming Wednesday with new signing Edward-Kennett coming in to replace Krzysztof Kasprzak. The signing of Kennett has caused much gloating and mocking from rivals fans, but I am sure Eddie will put in effort and score points that clearly Was missing from Kk. Four home defeat this season is not a good statistic and a change of Fortune is much needed. The Rebels away form has not been brilliant in thier debut top flight season but can't be underestimated. Hoping the Pirates can find some home form and pick up 3 much needed points. Thoughts?
  21. Surprised that this thread has not been started yet. Monday sees the Pirates travel to Monmore Green which has not been a happy hunting ground lately. Poole will have new Signing Timo Lahti making his debut in place of Nicolai klindt who's season is over due to his knee injury. I don't see Poole getting anything out of Monday's meeting but you never know. Paul Starke has hit form at reserve so will be key in the battles with the Wolves reserves. Thoughts?
  22. After suffering their third home defeat this season against the Kings Lynn Stars, the Pirates will be looking to exact revenge on the Robin's who picked up 3-points in the A-fixture. Swindon have shown good form of late with wins against Wolverhampton and Belle-Vue and have riders who go well at Wimborne Road. Not sure whether Jason-Doyle will be fit to return but with David-Bellago,Nick-Morris,Adam-Ellis and new Signing Tobiasz Musielak able to take his rides could make them just as strong. The Pirates may or may not have made a change or two to thier line-out by next week but this is a must win meeting if we are to remain in the top 4 for the playoffs. Thoughts?
  23. After another 2 weeks break in the fixtures partly because of the world team cup;the Pirates return to action with the visit of the Stars to Wimborne Road. Poole should be welcoming back from injury Krzysztof Kasprzak however, not sure whether Nicolai Klindt is fit to continue. The meeting with the Stars of course brings in siberling rivalry with Chris Holders fist return to Poole up against younger brother Jack. Poole need to start winning again after the home defeat against Belle-Vue. Should be a good meeting provided the track has been sorted out and poses some interesting tousles especially between the opposing heat leaders. Hoping for a home win. Thoughts?
  24. Perhaps I overreacted to the wind up from Alexander Orlov's post and he may well have been stirring the pot.I have no problem with losing Gavan, Speedway like any other sport can throw up surprises. If a Poole fan had bragged whether a wind up or not and posted about winning at a rivals track, there would be pages and pages from the keyboard warriors spouting about arrogance. Enough said.
