Have you tried looking at surrounding areas around Cardiff i.e Newport, Cwbran, Pontypool also have you tried the hotels around Cardiff Airport. Good luck with your search hope the above may be of some help to you.

I can name a couple of hotels which i think are situated in old town of Prague that would be the Intercontintental Hotel and the Express by Holiday Inn, there is also a Holiday Inn which is about 1 mile or so from old town and the is a Crowne Plaza which is about 5KM from old town. BEWARE of the speed camera vans which hide in laybys on the A449 going towards Newport from the M50. I got done it's only 70MPH.

Well what can I say I had the best weekend ever!!! Arrived in cardiff aprrox 13:00 hrs got to our hotel had a LARGE JD n coke. went shopping went back for a kip in the afternoon and got the party going about half 7 - went into town with my two pals meet up with a few well known people. got totally drunk, went back to the hotel 5th floor wasn't it Britney????? Sat: - Went to weatherspoons for a lunch and a few beers then moved on down to walkabout where I meet up with a few pals from VALLEY land and had a few more beers. Wato next time but a smile on your face Boyo. can't remember much more after that I know i got back to the hotel after awonderful GP and told my new pal Waggy to get his hair sorted at Matt Fords salon. GP:- It was amazing I couldn't stop shouting for Greg in the final i was so happy he won and so was Richie as he had backed him to win - I lost my voice totally and I still haven't got it back yet (thanks Greg) but i guess you got peace and quiet now Britney for a while.
