Poole Pirates Vs Belle Vue Aces 4/7/18
Jason.C replied to Shaleshifter's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Not sure where you were watching, but from my seat there was plenty of material on the track. It was well maintained throughout the meeting also considering the heat last night. The aces simply didn't turn up and they were punished. -

I provided the updates tonight. Just to add, although I stated ftg several times, there were several close battles going to the line. I was looking forward to seeing Bewley, but unfortunately he didn't bring his best form. The track was much improved & seemed to be of approval by the pirates riders. Its early day's, but Freddie certainly looks very capable on a bike and I look forward to seeing more of him. -
Ahh I see now, thanks

Where has this been announced?

Ta. I expect a 10 point home win at least for the Robins. -

Is the start time for this meeting at 19.30 as per usual, or is it and earlier start because of the bank holiday? Thinking of heading up for this one. -

Forecast changed again.... Heavy rain in the morning followed by showers throughout the day. I'm not holding my breath. -
With regards to the team suits debate, I personally prefer team suits as it looks more professional and appealing. I don't like the new logo so much either... If Matt wanted to go with a retro feel, why not bring back the old skull and cross bones logo /bib for this year only and have the team wear suits similar to the colours middlo and Simmons wore?

I heard the negotiations with kildemand only took a few quick text messages...

It's a great 1-7, but it's a long season & anything can happen. Should finish in the top 4 ok but the play offs are what it's all about.

Riders riding in the Polish 2nd tier are exempt from the club limitation rule, which is why woryna and mateusz have been signed without a hitch

I thought you were joking until I saw for myself! £80 is ridiculous, I can't see them putting many bums on seats by charging that much.
-
I wasn't sure if what you said was in jest. Aside of the difference in average, in my opinion there isn't much that separates them currently & Morris has had more bites at the apple. If he cuts out the silly stuff as you've mentioned, this could be a big year for Brady.
-
Could yet be as good as Nick Morris? Nice try
-
Prat springs to mind.
-
Hopefully if he has signed for us then it's because he wants to. Nothing worse than rider not wanting to be there.

http://www.speedwaygp.com/news/article/6316/doyle-seals-somerset-return So Somerset is a no go for Chris holder.
-
Best wishes Mike, hoping for a speedy recovery.

If holder doesn't return, better to slap a price tag on both their heads and cash in. I doubt holder senior has many more years left racing!

Poole Pirates Vs Kings Lynn Stars 12/07/17

Disagree with you regarding klindts points last night. Whilst certainly if he scored more it would have helped us, but 5pts from our number 1 was pathetic. If he had scored what a number one should have scored, then it would be a different story. Klindt is quite obviously not fit to ride, you cannot fault him for trying as he did try to get stuck in. The wrong KK was signed this season unfortunately, which is a huge shame as on his day he is a joy to watch. -
Poole Pirates Vs Rye House Rockets 10/5/17

Rye have some Poole track specialists, and perks looked useful at the u21s. I think it will be a closely fought contest, with poole edging it at the end by 4-6. -

They all say that! If the offers good enough they'll ride anywhere -
Decision made for matt and middlo then. Hoping for speedy recovery
