  1. I think what people have said about Sayfutdinov is absolutely fair enough but it's the inconsistency and bans for others which gets up people's noses.
  2. I think you are spot on, the riders are the ones who know the state of the gates and have made starts off them all, and in terms of gate one I always think it's a risk as if you get pinned/ boxed in then it's almost race over on the first bend. As I've said you just have to get the first half a lap right whichever gate you select. I think that's a bigger issue than the helmet colour personally.
  3. He didn't get to the final? In any case I disagree, I think far too much is made of gate choices. Whichever one you are on you have to make a good start and good choices around the first two bends. Lindgren and Zmarzlik are just better at that as they proved tonight. Lambert will get there with more experience, he just needs to be more composed in the crunch races. I've no doubt he has a World Title in him though, he has enough talent and speed.
  4. That was going to be Jorgensen in the very first instance though? If Jorgensen had been fit and Bailey carried on where he was last year things would have been quite different.
  5. This thread has mainly got Lynn fans on it who will actually be attending to see their team ride for the final time this year. It's got nothing to do with play offs or finishing order for us. And come to think of it very little to do with you either.
  6. Probably matters to those who are going to watch and want an enjoyable meeting for their last speedway fix of the season.
  7. The No Brakes No Fear podcast from a couple of weeks ago is worth a listen, a long interview with Phil Morris about what he's been doing.
  8. That was one of the poorer meetings this season unfortunately. Enjoyed the atmosphere which the pocket of Sheffield fans on the second bend brought though. Would love Ben Cook at Lynn next year if he's not back at BV.
  9. You should take less notice of forum tittle tattle. The people who actually go to Lynn and speak to the riders and management know the score.
  10. He's got absolutely no idea, just trying to wind people up I'd imagine. FWIW I'd rather be in the Championship anyway where we won't get fcuked about by foreign riders.
  11. I'm pretty confident that if Lynn want Rowe back in 2025 that's where he'll be.
  12. Sheffield waving the chequebook about already?
  13. Nothing to do with Torun getting tonked I'm sure. Poland continues to take the Michael.
  14. I'd have Basso back and I don't think you can not go with Iversen again if he wants to come back, he's been immense recently. Apparently Rowe is no longer a RS so I'd be ruthless and let him go in order to have a rock solid 1-6, maybe somebody like Brennan or Harris so you always have a heavyweight reserve. I don't think a 'proper' number one is realistic in terms of finances and fingers being burned by Museilak's conduct. Maybe Hagon as RS, think he's an asset unless I'm mistaken. So something like Kvech Iversen Basso Lawson Klindt Harris Hagon
