Both sides failed to declare their intention to compete at the British Speedway Promoters' Association's AGM at the end of last year. But following months of negotiations, the Bees and the Panthers will now take part in British speedway's top tier, with the latter revealing three-time world champion Nicki Pedersen as their first signing. Today's announcement means there Elite League will now consist of 10 teams, which in addition to Swindon, are: Belle Vue, Birmingham, Coventry, Eastbourne, King's Lynn, Lakeside, Peterborough, Poole and Wolverhampton.

Teams can sign riders whenever they want and whoever they want! If they cannot be fitted into the team then one of them will have to be released. Simple. Crap on the riders

Did I got to the wrong meeting? It was just above average, at best. I wish someone would removes Ricky's X-rays, how he can possibly see inside the engine when he get beat by another rider is amazing. Will he ever acknowledge that another rider beat him without blaming his bike! It is so funny.
