  1. Win at Armadale and get the aggregate point against Oxford, so beat oxford 56-34 (or 55-35 and win the super heat). Would then be tied with workington (assuming they beat plymouth) and would come down to who has scored more points this season.
  2. And have Poole steal an foreign rider after Glasgow spent time and effort bringing him over here. Imagine the outrage if Glasgow did that to Poole
  3. I meant more the point difference tiebreaker suits Glasgow as they are already leading that. To even get to that stage Glasgow need the aggregate point against Oxford which is why they need to win by a lot. Need to beat Oxford by 21 points (or 20 and win the super heat) and also win at Edinburgh.
  4. Difference between points for and against which I think favours Glasgow
  5. I'd guess Foord is going to Glasgow, more often than not in the Glasgow pits (even when Poole were riding at Edinburgh).
  6. For me it should be Vaculik out. Robert beat Bewley and Janowski, Janowski beat Bewley and Vaculik, Bewley beat Vaculik and Vaculik beat Lambert. Since Bewley and Vaculik only beat 1 of the 4 and Bewley beat Vaculik, to me should be Vaculik in 9th
  7. Unless they close the transfer window when the 16th meeting has started as you'd then have breached the 75% instead of just hitting it, who knows ?
  8. I'm a Glasgow fan, not used to seeing replays anyway
  9. And Plymouth would have one less point so Glasgow would have a net gain of 2 points
  10. When does Worrall's 28 day facility end, thought it'd be around now?
  11. Ben Cook wasn't ready at the start line when the 2 minutes expired. Well to be more specific he was 1 second too slow to rev the bike, very harsh but technically correct according to this year's rules, a few riders have been caught out by it this year.
  12. I was thinking R/R would be better as well, give our guys more race time with Harris getting an extra ride. With JP you have a strong rider to come in if anyone is struggling.
  13. If you look at the crowd when BSN are in attendance you'll see crowds at their lowest. Makes more sense looking at that why they don't stream. Also Glasgows stream was very high quality with multiple camera angles around the stadium, must have been quite expensive to have run for probably little to no gain.
  14. From my point of view they were completely side by side and Mountain drifted into him and they got tangled, Matic kept straight.
  15. The gamble is, will he be fully fit after his month break or should we be looking for an 8 pointer to replace him (if there are any)?
  16. What average does Ivacic come in on, can't see why Ace was dropped if he is on a 5
  17. Probably a mix of BSN being here, the weather and the Scottish school holidays starting affecting attendance.
  18. As a fan I want the team in the top league, we have the facilities to do it, but if I was the promotion I don't know if I'd want to take the gamble. The Edinburgh fans will probably travel but you are gambling that other championship fans will travel consistently up especially on a week night. Monday/Thursday could also turn parents away who won't want to have their kids home late (we all know how long a Glasgow meeting can be), you know you have a fanbase for weekend racing but weekday racing is a question mark. Getting the likes of Basso and Tarasenko will draw fans but they will also demand more money, in fact all riders will probably demand more and how much does the TV deal cover that and how many fans will not come up if it is on TV. I personally think they should try it but it depends on how much the promotion is willing to spend and the risk that it doesn't work they are willing to take
  19. Don't know how feasible Glasgow going up would be. Closest away track would be Belle Vue while there are 4 tracks in the championship closer meaning probably less travelling support. Also having to race on a Monday/Thursday may cut down on some home fans. Can the draw of the big riders offset less travelling away fans. And there will be increased rider costs on top. You'd also lose the Scottish derby. You might have some Edinburgh fans coming over but it'd be a big gamble.
  20. Hope Dan feels better soon, meeting wide open now
  21. Dan Thompson the favourite but Hagon and Boughen have looked pretty fast found Ashfield as well. Flint has to make at least the semi final this year (really he should be making the final) being a home rider now.
  22. If we make changes now seasons far from over, only done 3 league matches so far and one of those was a win. Worrall would be top of the chopping block for me with Starke.
