Rule introduced last year (or 2023 can't remember), tyres have to be over the minimum pressure set by Michelin for 60% of the race or 30% of the sprint (rider can see this on their dash). This was the reason Marc had to drop behind his brother as Ducati miscalculated his pressures.

93 looked unstoppable this weekend and the gap between him and his brother will only grow as the red bike gets upgrades, going to need Peco to get into some sort of groove or Marc's only title challenger will be tyre pressures
  3. If you mean on the statistics page I'd guess it's because he hasn't raced any meetings over here yet so won't have a rolling average. When the first green sheet is out he'll have his assessed average on that
  4. The reason I always see mentioned is track material, not sure if that's a main factor or not though
  5. Really like Gusts, happy to see him in the UK
  6. His ban ends at the start of December this year
  7. Only thing I can see about it in the regulations is this, though not sure if the second paragraph would apply since Victor has been away for some time, I'd assume Victor would be 5th in averages but maybe Edinburgh can choose. In any declaration where 2 or more riders hold an identical MA (cannot be determined by a 3rd or more decimal point) then the re-declaration must nominate the hierarchical order. Where riders have a previous MA, then the higher placed rider from the previous issue shall retain the higher position.
  8. Pretty sure the discounted average becomes the riders average until the first main greensheet
  9. Opole is still quite big compared to most of the UK tracks, Marcin rode quite well for Lodz and almost had a heart attack when he entered turn 1 at Edinburgh for the first time and you could argue he is the better rider. If he can work out the track though he will be a very good signing
  10. I thought when riders are tied it's decided for the clubs and the greensheet says what position they are in, maybe their foreign averages would decide it?
  11. Does Plymouth not ride Saturdays now or have they went back to Tuesday?
  12. I'm fairly sure I remember seeing an announcement about Ford stepping down as he had more commitments this year and he was replaced with someone but can't remember where I saw that and can't find it now. For Foord it could have just been he preferred Workington over Poole or Poole waited too long to sign him.
  13. You can make like for like changes without having to redeclare the team under the point limit i.e. replacing a 5 pointer with a rider with an average 5 or bellow. Nicholls wouldn't be a like for like replacement for any rider other than Masters, so to slot him in the team would have to redeclare at 40 or below. It will most likely depend on how quickly Scott can return on if it will be possible.
  14. To make those 2 changes you'd have redeclare the team at 40 or under, it's more a case of will the other 5 push their averages up enough where it won't fit
  15. Was quite optimistic about him after watching him in the SON, but that optimism didn't last long. He seemed scared to race other riders round Glasgow, think he'd be equally terrified of Berwick
  16. 1. 1.5 times Prem average 2. I believe the Prem average would be used but after enough matches (4?) the previous champ scores would be used to calculate when the averages update (someone can correct me if I'm wrong)
  17. I did have Fredriksen instead of Hook, who would do the job of a number 2 quite well in my opinion, but only fits with Nicholls instead of Pickering who I think would be the most likely rider to take a short term deal to replace Nicholls. Brennan instead of Pickering would also fit with Fredriksen. It's difficult to fit Masters, Jenkins and a strong enough rider to keep Scott's place till he's fit without having a weaker tail.
  18. Masters 9.15 Pickering 9.42 Jenkins 6.21 Gilkes 5.08 Hook 4.17 Scott 2.00 Killeen 3.85 39.88 Maybe try and convince Picko to ride on a short term deal until Scott is back? Quite hard to guess who will be at Oxford to be honest.
  19. Think some riders have gained in average due to riding with poorer riders (or riders having a poorer season). He's been riding a lot with Kye and if you look this year Kye has scored over double the bonus points than Paco. Looking at the averages including bonus points Paco is 7.56 and Kye is 7.47 but the GSAs are over half a point apart. Victim of the averages system I feel
  20. Unless something has changed the team has said that they'd announce the team before the end of the month
  21. There is a paragraph on the next page that states: Any other rider (meaning non-british) with an established average, cannot drop below 4.00 in the Premiership or Championship leagues at any time during the season. I'm going to assume that their average won't be able to drop until they are over 4.00 but who knows really.
  22. Cat Rider Participates In Premiership League Average Championship League Average 1 Any rider who has been an FIM GP rider for 2 consecutive seasons within the last 5 seasons (excluding wild card riders and a reserve rider who has competed in 2 or less FIM GP rounds in any one season) 8.00 12.00 this rider would only be considered dependent on fixture clashes 2 Polish Ekstraliga with an average of 6.00 or above 7.50 11.25 this rider would only be considered dependent on fixture clashes 3 • Polish Ekstraliga with an average of between 3.00 and 5.99 • Polish League 1 with a published average of 6.00 or above 6.00 8.50 this rider would only be considered dependent on fixture clashes 4 • Polish Ekstraliga with an average of 2.99 or below • Polish League 1 with a published average of 5.99 or below • Polish League 2 with a published average of 6.00 or above • Swedish Elitserian League published average of 6.00 or above 4.50 6.00 this rider would only be considered dependent on fixture clashes 5 • Polish League 2 with a published average of 5.99 or below • Under 24 Polish League only • Swedish Elitserian League published average of 5.99 or below • Swedish Alsvensken League • Danish Super League 4.00 5.00 this rider would only be considered dependent on fixture clashes 6 Not participated in a professional league 3.50 4.00
  23. Forgot to add Chris Harris when alerting that Bomber was coming
  24. Away from home put him at 2, at home he could even ride at 5 (if he rides like he has done when visiting Glasgow). Think him and Bomber would ride too similar lines at home to be productive together
