Well over the past couple of years the ELRC has become somewhat of a non-event so I think it would be better to run it as a series, 1 round at each EL track over the season on the tracks normal race night when there is a free evening or a space could be made for it. just a thought

The thing is with sports like Speedway and Tennis you cannot set a finsh time, that must make scheduling a nightmare, especially on a night where there wa so much live sport on. Speedway or tennis will never be put on over football ( which was on two channels tonight and i believe live golf was on the other. Sky did well to catch up after being late starting but more people will be interested to watch a grand slam tennis semi-final than a speedway presentation, thats just the way it goes
