  1. if you keep winning the same old tin pots , they should not need any scrubbing up . same old , same old . groundhog day .
  2. a bit like Celina at worky then . just a stunt ! lol
  3. i can see that team winning a few pots in 2025 . no problem .
  4. i too dont think its the money that has attracted Willie to Poole . its more about grabbing as many medals as poss and being able to show his £5 .00 medal around hie shoulders . ribbons and metal dont pay the bills tho . good luck to him and his team for 2025 .
  5. thats about right for last seasons performances . he was poor .
  6. you wold think not from a 15 yr old schoolboy ! so if master Cairns does not live up to the promise , ur screwed .
  7. lets hope for your sake he is not a Labour voter . Kier Starmer could be tied up in this . letters of intent are not worth the paper they are written on .
  8. i think the starting date for W Cairns needs to be JULY , unless Poole have a fixture on the 30th June . a great deal rests on Willie Cainns shoulders . lets hope everything clicks for him . if Paul Starke does meet the magic 5.00 average and Willie C does not perform . .Poole will have to run with a not so good reserve for the remainder of the season . going by what we have seen. he can beat riders of higher class . time will tell .tho . BTW looking forward to seeing Vinnie around our superb race track at Northside . thank you all .
  9. Berwick looking a top 4 side now and poss silverware grabbers P.K. back good to see him around northside .
  10. Starmer the farmer has found out that Poole is full of the older generation and asked Poole speedway to increase the entry price and put the sport in Poole at risk .
  11. thats a great name for a chippy in Poole . its looking like one of Stan lee,s offspring will be joining the plaice of pace in 2025 . wish him all the best down in Devon .
  12. Worky made the playoffs with 2 weak reserves and done the treble with 1 junior rider @reserve . do you know there is a propa thread for Glasgee ?
  13. At worky in 24 seasom we had two of the weakest reserves and had shed loads of heat 2 reversals . then you had them pairing up with the number 5 rider . heat 12 and 14 were the same . all these pairings will curtail any heat advantages for Glasgow . luck was on workingtons side when tate got going . P Starke gave us the points we missed out on early season .Glasgow will need points fron 6 and 7 in the playoffs otherwise is curtains looks good on paper , but .
  14. lets hope they can get everyone together for the actual meetings. .
  15. thats a great idea , would like to see that come off and give the 4 teams another 4 home meetings at home extra . club moan n kick off about the missing weeks of the sport .
