On two interviews, one on bbc radio Cambridgeshire, and the other on More Muzic Radio.

I think that there should/might be an announcement this Thursday. That is what was eluded to on the "More Muzic Radio" station last Saturday 4th.

I agree with you, the racing is so much better at Peterborough, its almost a different sport compared to somewhere like Ipswich.

I have been going to Panthers for years, I went to every home meeting in 2021 & 2022. This year I made my mind up that I was going to treat myself to a season ticket, but now I find myself hesitant because of the lack of team news. Although I am very happy with the 3 riders that have been announced so far. One more good announcement and I will go for it I think.

I see there is No announcement yet(10.30am Sat) on social media. Normally on Twitter and Facebook by now.

I don't think there is any delays. They have said all along that they already have the 7 riders lined up but have chosen to announce a new rider each week. Personally I like it and it keeps up the interest through the winter.

I think it was drawn at the Speedway AGM and Panthers was the last name out of the seven clubs drawn out of the bag and therefore got a bye into the semi's.

Personally I really like the way Peterborough Panthers are doing this. Keeps the interest up through the winter.

I see an Ulrich Ostergaard interview yesterday on the "supporting Peterborough Panthers" Facebook page. He was happily talking about the plans for his farewell meeting early next season at the showground. I guess this at least means there is speedway at Peterborough next year as far as he is aware.

Isn't the racing/track a bit rubbish at Leicester though, compared to Peterborough?

You would think that Peterborough Panthers would be keen to get the team announced so that they can get season tickets on sale?

It is Peterborough United that are being talked about moving to the embankment not Peterborough City.

A few months ago I got chatting to a random chap outside Starbucks at orton Centre, he told me that it was near Flag Fen and the power station. He wasn't a current speedway attendee but has been a few times, he said he just knew about the land.

They (Panthers) announced at the end of last season that the new land on offer was 21 acres.

I just see on twitter that Scott Nicholls is riding for Oxford only this year (no premiership club). I guess partly because of his tv work. So that eliminates one rider from the 2023 Panthers line up puzzle.

Has this been announced officially by Kings Lynn or Peterborough. I must have missed that one.

I would really like to see Michael Palm Toft retained for 2023 as well as Ben Basso. There doesn't seem to be much mention of him on here, does anyone have any ideas as to what he might be doing for 2023. He must have quite a low average after last season and I think one year he will have a breakthrough season, and it could be 2023?. He rides the showground really well and can also perform well in away meetings. Following
