  1. Word on the AFA terraces make interesting reading for Lynn’s team next season. 1. Lebedevs / Lambert - 8.00 / 7.8 2. Klindt - 6.59 3. Basso - 6.89 4. Lawson - 7.09 (6.91) 5. Kvech - 6.58 6. Rowe - 5.21 (3.91) RS. ? Total with Lebedevs - 38.88 Total with Lambert - 38.68 How true this is or not idk, just what I’ve heard from a credible source who is close to someone who is close to someone in the KL promotion
  2. I’ve heard Lynn are obviously looking at Lambert as well - assume Leicester would blow them out of the water in terms of what they can offer…? Lambert has stated previously if he does do a full UK season again it will only ever be for Lynn but anything can happen. Whether he comes in on his old 7.81 or a reassessed 8.0 it’s a great signing, especially with his British reduction. Could Leicester fit in both Lambert and Fricke, because I can’t see Max going anywhere else? As seen this this season with Ipswich the top heavy route can be a slippery slope if they both get injured at the same time
  3. How contrived the play-offs have been this season is the league title really worth winning? Lynn had a really good opportunity to win the KO cup and narrowly missed out to Sheffield. No criticism of either of them but If we didn’t have Z Cook and Castanga we would’ve got over the line and got into the final. All in all I would say it was a better season for Lynn minus the shenanigans which we’ll never hear the full story of anyway.
  4. Surely when the old Joker system existed someone must’ve scored 24 from 7 outings if they had an R/R ride a Joker ride and were in heat 15?
  5. I think Louis has his eyes more on the man guesting for Doyle on Monday. Hope the Stars Promotion have already convinced him to do another year with us, as he is really loved here and by the words coming from him he loves it here too!
  6. Should be the first name in their team, and they should be doing everything humanly possible to get him back on his steal of a 7.02 average. Will 100% kick on next season and be the 8.00 assessed rider he was brought in on
  7. I definitely wouldn’t keep Wojdylo either, he never seemed that settled in the team either - especially after Vadim and Tobi walked. I would certainly try my hardest to keep the core of the team that has finished the season intact. Interesting and quite cryptic post by KL today on social media calling Jan, NKI and Anders the 3 “pillars of consistency”, I read that as a hint towards next season, don’t know about anyone else…?
  8. But have you considered the option as to whether Birmingham want to retain Flint or not? I mean, yes, they would be silly not too considering D Thompson and Rowe have graduated from it now meaning Leon should in theory be the strongest in the league, but stranger things have happened in British Speedway
  9. Our averages always get dragged down because we are so inconsistent away, which is why we’re never in the play off hunt as we get hammered by 20+ away and can never get an aggregate point. I’ll cut Jan and Patryk some slack because it was pretty much their first time visiting most of the away tracks, but Basso for example Home GSA - 7.50 away GSA - 5.09
  10. NKI has been relegated assuming he stays with Gdansk. Theres also a lot of their riders you haven’t included: Brennan - if he leaves Gdansk Musielak Kurtz potentially Blodorn maybe Wojdylo Rew Zischke Masters maybe Howarth maybe Klindt - if he leaves Gdansk
  11. Suppose it doesn’t get any clearer than that!
  12. Has that been confirmed? Lot of uncertainty and rumours to the contrary
  13. Wishful thinking and a bit too optimistic I fear. I’ll go: 1. Basso R/R 2. Rowe* 3. Iversen 4. Harris (g) 5. Kvech 6. S Lambert (g) 7. Kerr *New averages come into force from today seeing Rowe move in to the 1-5
  14. As Sheffield have now re-declared their lineup with R/R instead of Harris, could Ipswich now re-declare theirs with Harris instead of Lidsey or Brennan?
  15. As Phil Morris has explicitly said, decisions are made on a “commercial basis” rather than for sporting reasons.
  16. I’d also be surprised if he was. If Sheffield want to go top heavy again can see Musielak slipping his way back in
  17. Kurtz - 9.18 Bewley - 8.74 (8.52) Cook - 6.99 Brennan - 6.76 (6.59) Total - 31.67 (31.28)
  18. Even if the point limit remained the same, there’s no way you could fit that top 4 in. I also can’t see Brennan going back to BV as a second string - he wants to push on
  19. To what 38, 39 for top 6? Will the RS system remain?
  20. If I was to guess I’d go NKI, Klindt, Basso, Rowe
  21. Very surprised the KL promotion didn’t do a package offer for yesterday and today - especially knowing tonight’s is streamed on BSN. Was there last night and looked the poorest crowd I’ve seen all season, can imagine there will be even fewer tonight… Some gesture of both meetings for £35-£40 might have tempted a few more…?
  22. You don’t think Lynn are running @TTT ?
  23. I also just assumed that Voulas would stay as well. Heard Lemon is desperate to get Zischke back next year so it seems like there’s 3 pretty nailed on - Bewley - 8.34 Kurtz - 9.31 Zischke - 4.57 Leaves you 17.78 for your remaining 3 (assuming team building stays at 40). If you’re saying B Cook (6.86) is a sure thing then that leaves 10.92 for your remaining 2 - who else would you get?
  24. If the team building limit remains the same (40.0) then one of Bewley, Kurtz, Lidsey or Cook would have to go. I just presumed Lidsey would say since you brought him to the UK and have invested heavily in him - although he does seem to have gone backwards a little bit this season
