I hope I am wrong as would like to see Tom race and do well, but it seems most obvious answer after his crash yesterday.

I saw on Max Perry's twitter that he "has been given a spot in the main heat" . First thought is that its Brennan has had to withdraw meaning Max moved up from reserve. Anyone else confirm this?

Switched it on at heat 8 - more entertaining speedway then quite a few meetings I've watched this season.

Charlotte Brooks is the only other one from the Ladies Championship I know. She is based in the South West & rides 2nd half at Plymouth as often as she can. Am sure this is her first full season but she is keen to get as much track time as possible and really improve her riding.

could it just be the Premier Junior League that's been called off and not the entire meeting?

2nd half is definitely off, riders been told, so if you are going make sure you check about main meeting before you set out if no updates on social media etc

I agree. I think they have done well for their first year & I have enjoyed all the meeting I have watched their coverage of. Some of the riders that have had on as guest commentators have been really good too.

Hadn't thought of Danyon but yes he is another who deserves a chance.

Tai is coming to the end of a very successful career, I dont blame him for picking and choosing what he wants to do now. Team GB need to look past him and to the future. To me a test match is a great opportunity to bring some new riders into the team as a trial before SON, to test options in case of any injury to Lambert or Bewley. Shame Howarth is ill, would have been great to see him racing today.
