  1. So MA the Over arching Control body, carries out a professional process assuming using track inspection specialists, to deem the track safe and issue a licence. However liability is transferred to the rider by way of a standard statement delivered by the Referee prior to a meeting. Why would a rider feel uncomfortable about racing on the track knowing the experts have made a thorough annual inspection of the track and deemed it safe to race on ? I guess that's how they roll in the Colony. "Everything is fine till someone takes an eye out" mentality
