  1. my pennies worth first of all massive congrats to Ipswich, won easily and deservedly so, wont blame the track as it was the same for both teams emil 5 points, bewley 4 points yet its all Brady this, Brady that, wasnt good enough from any of the riders that have more important meetings coming up, sadly british speedway is what it is, the lowest standard league in the world, i dont blame any 3 for being to cautious, but also emil wasnt gating, brady wasnt gating, dan wasnt gating, and if you wasnt gating you wasnt doing anything. we have been bad all year at ipswich with kurtz and dan being poor then so not sure why the shock now tbh. again well done ipswich, belle vue need wholesome changes next year which i think we will get
  2. the south shop is open every match
  3. im sure you just walk around with your eyes closed, but id say out of all clubs, and ive been to all, belle vue is one of the best for wearing team clothing
  4. our track shop does very well tbf
  5. you know what, i said to the mrs that the way he keeps bragging about the ipswich track i can see him there, brennan did the same thing last year
  6. Weirdly aswell, it’s always the padded most expensive seats that always sells out 😂
  7. They class it as a premium event. I don’t agree with it. For a final yes. But not a semi final. That was the poorest crowd I’ve seen at belle Vue in a play offs, I’d say 1600-200
  8. Tie over. Well done Ipswich. Did more than a job on us tonight. We just didn’t show up, only Zach Dan and brandy did track was a shocker today. Poorest meeting I’ve seen here this season that. But the amount of rain that fell probably played a part. oh well, time for hibernation. See y’all in march
  9. ***BREAKING NEWS*** All happening in the polish airports right now, at big josh airport brennan has accidently got on the wrong Ryanair flight and is currently on his way to Sweden by accident at at Wroclaw airport Torun owners were seen dragging emil of his Ryanair flight and forcefully bungle him into a van on route back to Torun
  10. So Dudek pulled out of Sweden due to personal problems Have Torun pulled ranks ? 👀👀👀
  11. He’s deffo here. Hes already said on his socials. but if he wants to race in Sweden for more money than I back his decision fully. personally thats what he should do. Think of his future, not the here and now
  12. Bookies have Ipswich and Sheffield getting through to the final
  13. Well, in the words of Fabrizio, "HERE WE GO" ipswich have had the upper hand in the league phase but that now means nothing, belle vue go into this under no pressure as everyone thinks Ipswich are winning easy, i dont think that myself, i keep banging the same drum but this is what belle vue do, look dreadful in league outings and then show up in play offs, just hope the same happens again, For me this will be won or lost on Monday, id be looking at a 12 point win to take to ipswich, Weather wise it looks OK, although to early to tell, things could change
  14. Sheffield would have preferred us in play offs. So them not completing the season in time has cost them the easier semi. so at least no one’s gained anything from it this time
  15. Nothing meeting for Ipswich other than a chance to lower some of them averages and to test things ready for next week. whereas for Sheffield it meant a lot more wanting to get 2nd spot so they have the Thursday leg at home. And it shown. next week will be won or lost on Monday
  16. as i said though, 5/6 man teams would help to reduce the double upping
  17. the not enough riders are a myth, there are plenty willing to ride over here but sometimes i dont think these clubs make an effort, there is 2 riders that i know of that want to come over and they made clubs aware but nobody made any effort to get them over, how many more riders out there are like that the danes for starters are strongly advised to race uk in there early years also making it 5/6 man teams would allow for less double uppers, it was only a few weeks ago that you had wright racing for oxford then the next night or maybe a couple of nights later hes racing for his redcar team against oxford, crazy and makes the sport look amateurish
  18. for 2026 i think it will be 2 leagues and if it is then limit to only one double up rider per team as a drastic action to make teams evenly match it might be worth thinking about bringing back rider control, but with the human rights act that probably wont happen instead of guests every team can sign squad riders from abroad but to save costs, each club can invest in a club bike and when these riders are called upon they can use the club bike and club mechanic, like poland do let every rider have practice before the meeting so that the tracks are race ready from heat one and all riders have a chance of finding the set up early, should stop these batterings if the away team can find the set up early. id drop the rising star scheme personally, but if they are to keep it then i think the other reserve must be a british u24 rider they are just some basic changes, there is obviously a lot more needed but i will leave that debate to people that know what they are talking about
  19. Brady will 100% have one eye on voyens, and who can blame him. I don’t. If only we could have finished 3rd and got the 2nd week of the play offs Dan said it himself. Hes not bothered about finishing 3rd. Means nothing to Him
  20. yeah, his no1 bike broke when dad had it so that ruined both dans and bradys nights
  21. decent enough meeting, score doesnt really reflect how close it was, this time it was us with the unfortunate bike problems, that happens, as always things even themselves out in the end after lynns problems in the first fixture. very impressed with tate last night, and once again away from home its the heats 13/15 that cost us really, im shocked everyone still blames the bottom end of the team for the troubles
